Earlier in the same chapter, the man who rapes which is different verb than in versus 28 and 29 in the country and the woman cries out that man shall die later when both are found out, the man is to marry the girl that’s because it was consensual relations before marriage!

First, where is the word rape in that verse you added it too that says that he takes her and “they are found out” This is dealing with somebody who has a relationship with the woman and the woman with him and they have premarital sex.
