I love WebP, but it's frustrating that it lacks support. WebP and AVIF deserve more love. I wanted to slightly edit a WebP image on my Mac, but NO, "Oh, want to convert it to TIFF?" No, why would I need a TIFF? I took this WebP from the web, want to crop it, and put it back online. FUC

Google used to be the cool kid in tech. Minimal homepage, “don’t be evil,” helping devs build. Now? Feels like a giant corporation that forgot what made it great. The fall from hero to villain is always a sad story to watch.
