A "consultant" should be a person toward the tail end of their career, who has seen multiple business cycles, successes, and failures. If they look like they're under the age of 40, they're probably reading someone else's script. There are some exceptions, but the years should be on their face. Consulting doesn't scale as a business model either. If you're an ace at some field and start a consulting company, you have to find other aces like you who could have started their own consulting companies, otherwise you're just sending out lesser people to read from scripts and water down your brand.

The "Optimizing the pot ash and phosphate refinement process " was the closest one to an actual answer.
