I want to say thanks to my main man @jay_richardson99 for helping me complete this transaction yesterday. There’s lots of details and nuances that go along with larger deals and my dawg made sure everything was done in the highest of efforts and expectations. Thank you. I purchased a 168 room hotel here in Columbus. Im planning to fully renovate it and to bring it up to date. I’m looking forward to the project and process. I’ve rehabbed/renovated plenty of commercial spaces and homes and have found out that it’s all a process. You just have to get started. I was behind the desk learning last night. For whatever reason the current staff had quit when they heard the building had been sold. It didn’t bother me. I started working the desk, called up a few ppl I know in housekeeping and maintenance and figured it out in a few hours. That’s life 😂😂😂. I’m open for business while renovating!! Side note-I’m a family man first and foremost. The best part of the day was meeting up with Ashley and 2 of our 3 kids at the end of the day after the deal was closed. We’ve been together 21 years. I have a story to tell. She has her own story from seeing the journey firsthand. They’re my greatest source of inspiration.

Back at my mom’s house I was sitting in the living room playing video games in my my underwear, I was around 12 years old and ever body was working until about 5pm so I still had a few hours before anybody was there. I usually kept the doors locked but the front door wasn’t locked, I just didn’t know that yet. I walked into the kitchen to grab a snack and a drink. I didn’t know that a family of three people just walked into the house. I came back holding a bag of chips and a drink and I saw two people standing there and another one just sitting on the couch like they were supposed to be there. My 12 year old brain couldn’t comprehend what was happening and I ran out of the house and to the neighbors house. I finally calmed down and told her what was happening, she grabbed her husband and went over there, I’m surprised they didn’t call the police first. The people in the house told the neighbor that they were friends of my dad and they were visiting from Pittsburgh. My neighbor called my dad at the restaurant and confirmed he knew them. He ended up leaving the restaurant and coming back early. His friends confused what days he was off from work and decided to come by and visit unannounced. He also told them it wasn’t a good idea to just walk in and that even though they were friends they should always knock on the door. I had never met these people before so I thought it was some kind of home invasion, it scared me. But from that point on I always made sure the doors were locked and that I was dressed decently just in case of unexpected visitors.

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. I hope I get to do this for the rest of my life… Full of gratitude and lots of all the lovely emotions. Thank you so much.”

Please read‼️Khartoum Aid Kitchen started out almost 4 months ago as a pilot project between me and my Cousin Yaseen where we served one pot of fortified lentil stew with bread in the Hitana neighbourhood of Omdurman to 80 needy families (400 individuals). Today our Hitana kitchen has expanded to feed 1,600 hungry people everyday. Me and Yusuf wanted to replicate the success of the Hitana Kitchen across Khartoum State so we worked hard to expand our operation. Today the Khartoum Aid Kitchen initiative is the largest community Kitchen operation in #Sudan and has 23 community kitchens affiliated with it. We have hundreds of hard working volunteers and we feed 15,000 hungry people a day and are working to reach more. In addition to this we are also providing food assistance to thousands of those who have been displaced from Khartoum State. We receive no funding from NGO’s or Governments and are completely dependent on your donations in order to continue our vital work. If you are able to donate please do so, if not then we ask that you share widely 🙏🏽

I'm an artist, and for a long time now, my work has been about catching viral words and cultural moments that define our time and turning them into art. The idea for "Special Slop" has been brewing in my mind for a while, but it was waiting for the final push. That push came when the word "SLOP" was named the word of the year. That's when everything clicked, and I knew it was time. So, "Special Slop" is my art project where I explore this theme through crypto tools. It consists of three parts: The $SSLOP token is as a digital art object and our common symbol. Unique NFTs will be a series of works where I artistically reinterpret the whole aesthetic of "special slop." What concerns content, I’ll be creating content to explain, showcase, and develop the project's idea to build a community around it.
