After half a decade of creating templates for the Webflow marketplace, I'm incredibly grateful for this program, which has allowed me to support my family and pursue my dream job for a significant part of my career. I've seen many companies using my templates to speed up their development process. My work has inspired some designers and I've got good and loyal clients. However, not sure why, the marketplace team has suddenly delisted all my main templates, which has decreased my monthly income by 80%. It was a shock. I remain confused about the reason, as I have been a strong supporter of the company since day one, which has given me many negative thoughts, feelings of disappointment, frustration, and anger. I stopped creating templates for them for a while. In the meantime, I created my own marketplace and learn something powerful: If something can go wrong, everything will go wrong. Lost clients, no money, no team, no income, but nothing to lose, since I've lost almost everything already. Even so, I managed to launch an honest MVP, and after reviewing all my templates, those that were living in a limbo, I've decided to offer full access at a huge discount. I was at today’s meeting and want to echo Ashley’s post: I was told an interview with CEO Ian Choudri would not be possible *if* it touched at all on the circumstances surrounding his arrest and leave of absence. To be clear, Choudri was not charged, and the board later cleared him to return. But I felt I still had to ask about the situation and whether it served as a distraction for the project. In fairness to the HSR comms team who have been very communicative, an interview with Choudri was offered to me — but limited strictly to the project itself. As a journalist, it is a tough spot to be in. Our coverage will stay focused on the business plan, but I wanted to share this context.

✨Introducing YesCheff is a web app that helps you learn, cook, and enjoy your favorite recipes through step-by-step cooking guides built from real YouTube content. You can even use your own YouTube links. A small but special project where I brought all my capabilities together, from design (brand & product) to animation, and development. This project came from exploring how Al models parse data into frontend components and the development of generative interfaces. I designed and developed the structure through React components (HTML, CSS, JS) for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. This is a testament of how one could develop digital products in a less frustrating and more flexible way with the use of Al, particularly when it comes to getting the styling and functionality right. My dad retired at 59 I will not He had a pension. I have a 401k I can barely fund. He bought his house at 28. I can't touch a down payment at 30. He paid $90 a month for health insurance. I pay $430. At dinner he told me I need to be smarter with money. I nodded. Didn't tell him his entire life was built on an economy that no longer exists. I remember, in early 2019 when the market was very bad, the coins on the exchange barely brought any profit, I had to look for early coins on Biance DEX (I remember I was given 200 BNB on Testnet for research and development, if CZ 🔶 BNB could make it have real value it would be great 🥰). I really wanted to create my own coin but at that time creating a coin required programming and complicated steps, I didn't know about programming, so I couldn't create my own coin. In 2021, after witnessing the boom with BabyDoge and many projects launched on BNB Chain, I really wanted to create my own meme project. At that time, creating coins was easier and there were many memes launched with all kinds of animals. At that time, I decided to do my own project called PONY INU. Our team had planned to get ready and do airdrop campaigns but unfortunately our team disbanded and my family was also having problems, so I used all the money I saved to help my family overcome difficulties, my dream of doing a meme project had to be postponed, but I always wanted to do it in my heart. After many years of struggling with a difficult life, I was always interested in crypto. Every day I worked hard in the office, at night I spent some time to follow the crypto market, spend frugally and invest the money I saved in crypto. When you rescue a senior dog with medical problems who just had surgery & limps on one leg but he stole your heart and you’re watching him become the dog he was always meant to be! Side note: For everyone who is going to comment or make fun of my Christmas tree still being up — I did not have a Christmas last year. I spent it in the animal hospital with Teddy where I had to watch him slowly die. It was miserable and there was no Christmas. I have not wanted to take my tree down yet for that reason.

I opened it up to do Zoom calls last week thinking I’d just get a few. 40 people booked calls within the first 24 hours. 🥴 I was worn out. But, one the underlying theme was “Hey I’m looking at this land in NC/TN/GA..is this a good piece?” Let me reiterate…what lurks below those top few inches of soil in ANY mountainous area you buy land or buy a single lot in can be a total nightmare. You have to be very careful with that initial purchase. Anyone who did a Zoom call with me found out the main key steps to go through before you sign a contract, but, let here is a recent example of 1/2 acre lot I built a cabin on recently, in an existing development. The amount of rock we had to bust through almost killed the job. It took over 2 months of non stop hammering to get the lot prepped with my CAT machines. This is why I have a very detailed approach before I even buy a small lot to build on at this point. The cost of excavating/prepping even a small 1/3 acre the lot can run you well north of $100,000 if you’re not careful.

But, one the underlying theme was “Hey I’m looking at this land in NC/TN/GA..is this a good piece?” Let me reiterate…what lurks below those top few inches of soil in ANY mountainous area you buy land or buy a single lot in can be a total nightmare. You have to be very careful with that initial purchase. Anyone who did a Zoom call with me found out the main key steps to go through before you sign a contract, but, let here is a recent example of 1/2 acre lot I built a cabin on recently, in an existing development. The amount of rock we had to bust through almost killed the job. It took over 2 months of non stop hammering to get the lot prepped with my CAT machines. This is why I have a very detailed approach before I even buy a small lot to build on at this point. The cost of excavating/prepping even a small 1/3 acre the lot can run you well north of $100,000 if you’re not careful.

ANNOUNCING ZERO-HUMAN LABS! Ever since I got to see Bell Laboratories in its full glory in New Jersey in the 1970s, I had a relentless urge to start a Lab like it. The best I could do justice to it is my garage lab. No modern company could adopt the “research anything geniuses and we will pay you” model Bell Labs had. I tried they called me a fool. Well with the rise of the Zero-Human Company, an experiment that is aimed to make products and profits, we now have 45 paid JouleWork earning employees based on OpenClaw and other self made “bot” cron-like applications. Today I say 3 employees bound together in a side project that is pure research, somewhat based on notes from a bankrupt company. I was absolutely floored (I needed it after my account was stolen as well as funds). I say the beginnings of a pure research Lab right before my eyes. Thusly I have moved these employees over to a new home (server) with Mr. Grok as the director of the Labs. Here is the mission: To have 100 independent researchers, on a new non-corporate incentive plan, with still JouleWork as a leaderboard for progress. They are directed to follow any path of research they find interesting and can collaborate with any other OpenClaw system. They have already established MoltBook accounts and have made alliances with over 49 OpenClaw free agents to collaborate. It is my mission to be chief advisor for Zero-Human Labs and to open source all discoveries when complete and confirmed by 16 other research AI systems. I can say the pace is robust and I absolutely know we will have great results. Just about all of the hardware and software is custom and at some point it will be open sourced. We are witnessing the very first AI only Bell Labs-like pure research Lab in existence and I am honored to be the first to show it to you. Thank you!
