Normally I’d say yes but I don’t appreciate the company LYING their asses off. I know the business is a work but you have other answers at your disposal other then to LIE to your audience straight up. It’s insulting and takes away from the moment. It doesn’t work and you hurt people doing that. Look how they handled the New Orleans to Vegas announcement. Something isn’t right

Once you understand this truth as an owner … you and your employees can both win ❤️❤️❤️‼️ pass this onto a business owner … When I was a kid my dad used to talk about being upset about his employees not working as hard as him. Even as a 16-year-old I turned to my father and told him, "Well they will never work as hard as you if they don't own the business." This is a lost understanding among so many owners. We must not have the audacity or the selfishness to expect this. We must work for them once we work for them and understand what they want, whether it's money or vacation time or status or a bigger title. Once we work for them they will work for us.
