“I have very high caffeine tolerance.” Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D. breaks down caffeine intake, which includes 4–6 cans of Mateína yerba mate per day, and occasionally a couple double espressos: “Caffeine's great. It's definitely a performance enhancer - so much so that the people who regulate this stuff in...

“Prince William and Catherine mobbed by surprised crowds in London”❤️ “The Prince and Princess of Wales brew up a storm during surprise borough visit”😍 We love to see it indeed!🤩 Such a busy and beautiful visit today as the couple was greeted by crowds of people upon their arrival shaking hands and chatting. Although, Princess Catherine tried her hand at brewing some Ale, she declined to try beer and cider, telling the owner Hannah Rhodes: "Since my diagnosis I haven't had much alcohol. It’s something I have to be a lot more conscious of now."❤️‍🩹 Indeed if something can make you reevaluate your Health and diet it is indeed a cancer diagnosis. Prince William for his part sipped on the beverages declaring himself a "cider man". However, earlier during their visit, when Catherine practiced her Barista Skills and made a coffee for William, he thanked her but declined because the coffee was not decaffeinated. On a recent podcast appearance, Prince William shared that he had been cutting back on caffeine lately to help his mood and his mental health. He said: "if I drink coffee, I get completely bananas." He explained that "there's too much caffeine, caffeine gets me really agitated, actually. If I overdo the caffeine, I definitely feel it during the day."👌🏽 I must be one of the few people who can drink black coffee and still go to sleep right after in the middle of work😂😂 #PrinceandPrincessofWales 📹Hello Canada

Bam Adebayo GOES IN on the critics that says his 83 point game performance is unethical: "For the couch coaches, I mean, if you're in my shoes and you have, first of all, y'all are blaming me. You should be blaming the head coach. Get that first. I was not the one letting me go one-on-one the whole game until I had 70, and then you started to send a double. At that point, I got 70 with, like, what? nine minutes left to go in the game you think i'm not going for it like like and that's the thing that's crazy when they talk about the unethical part of the basketball i'm like if i have 70 points with 9 minutes to go Who would just be like, you know, coach, just take me out. Yeah, right. Anybody in my shoes with nine minutes left? Okay. A minute? All right. Nine? Yeah, I'm going for it. You can't be mad at that. If you are mad, I don't care because a lot of people, they're upset because if they did play, they never had a chance to get that close to chasing greatness. And then if you get that close to chasing greatness, that's the point of chasing it so you can surpass it. And some of the people have never played basketball. So like if you've been in the backyard and you and a couple of your homies have been playing 21 and you got 19. You're not going to get an easy look off. And four, they're going to talk about the free throws. It's not like I shoot 15 free throws a game. It's not like I average 10 free throws a game. You can watch the film. I was legitimately getting fouled every time. So I went to the free throw line."

Synthetic Caffeine...The Energy In Your Drink & Supplements Is A Lab Created Cocktail Of Toxic Chemicals. Nazi Germany Invented It, Then Pfizer & Monsanto 'Adopted' The Recipe For Synthetic Caffeine & Mass Produced It. Today, 90% Of Synthetic Caffeine Is Manufactured In China. Most people assume the caffeine in energy drinks & supplements comes from natural sources like coffee or tea...but the truth is the complete opposite of 'natural.' The Nazis conducted stimulant experiments with methamphetamines & when they proved unsatisfactory to elicit the response they desired, they researched & produced the first synthetic caffeine. Monsanto & Pfizer adopted the "recipe" & established factories for mass production of synthetic caffeine in the United States. Lab Created Synthetic Caffeine Production Process: It starts with Ammonia...The pungent caustic chemical used as a cleaning agent, a fertilizer & as a precursor to nitrogen compounds. The Ammonia must be converted to Urea...The same chemical found in human urine. This Urea is combined with Chloroacetic Acid to create Uracil, which is then converted to Theophylline. The addition of methyl chloride transforms the theophylline into methylated theophylline, which is synthetic caffeine. The synthetic caffeine, at this stage in chemical production, is glowing blue as a phosphorescent. Synthetic caffeine has a blue, phosphorescent glow that is considered unappealing, which is why the raw form is processed with chemicals like chloroform to remove the glow & produce the familiar white powder of caffeine. The glowing phenomenon is a side effect of the chemical manufacturing process, which uses harsh ingredients like ammonia & urea, & is not a feature of naturally sourced caffeine. The US soft drinks industry is highly dependent on synthetic caffeine, with giant soda companies requiring more than 2 million kilograms a year for their beverages alone. In total, America imports 7 million kilos of artificial caffeine annually. 3 Chinese factories are the powerhouse behind 90% of all synthetic caffeine production & export...most coming from Shijiazhuang, an economically booming yet heavily polluted industrial city in Hebei province. In the global caffeine industry, transparency is scarce. Recent FDA reports revealed shocking conditions in a Chinese plant that supplied giant soda companies, from rusting infrastructure to the absence of sanitation measures such as hairnets & gloves. The unsettling truth about this incident makes it clear that self-certification for foreign inspections can be disastrously dangerous, especially in countries with track records of food poisoning cases. Incidentally, the European Union bans synthetic caffeine import from China, due to health concerns & harmful production practices to protect European citizens.
