I'm glad that the world has learned that traditional lasagna is terrible. This looks amazing.

I have but one issue with this. I would use sliced mushrooms, zuccini, yellow squash, and red bell peppers instead of celery, all sauteed with some brown bits. Maybe drop a handful of black olives and banana peppers too. Nicely done video tho.
