Today, I had a warm and highly productive meeting with the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at the Presidential Palace in Ankara. This week, our state signed two important security and long-term support agreements with partner countries. Germany. France. Very ambitious security agreements. I thank Chancellor Scholz and President Macron, as well as everyone on our teams, for preparing the agreements and putting exactly what we needed on paper. Defense support, joint political actions, and further systematization of cooperation between our countries with the goal of increased security and shared strength. We continue to work with other partners on new agreements. This will result in an effective and comprehensive security commitments architecture. These are the things that will deter Russian aggression in the future while also helponh us to protect our independence now.
