HLC, It will be rough for the 1st few days and weeks. Cause once you can take time to relax and think. It will hit you. That, you are not doing what you did for 6, 8 or 10+ years. You will miss it. But, If you can get a D.O.D job teaching. That likely be really good for you.

I don’t care how long it takes or how many people roast me, I will learn and I will figure it out. I will share what I am proud of and what I might be skeptical about. I will learn to look past the criticism. I will continue experimenting. I will give myself all the grace in the world. Fitness has become a gateway to so many possibilities for me. At some point it was rap, then it was academia, then investing and now it’s this. I will double down on these things because they offer me so much. PS: I wasn’t aware of the dangers of weighted dips and my form. I learned so much from the gym community. And this is my attempt after the many conversations I had on my previous post on dips. Please continue to hold no punches 🫡
