VeryDarkMan is trending because he revealed that Bobrisky never went to jail, after EFCC collected ₦15M Bribe. As Falz and Femi Falana tried to pull Presidential strings. [Full Gist Now the EFCC have invited VDM to come and assist them in investigating the EFCC. So, earlier today VDM in a video hinted that Bobrisky is broke after being unable to pay back the ₦4M he borrowed from someone when he was in 'Jail'. When the man persistently demanded for his money, Bobrisky threatened to blackmail him, by reminding the man that, he kissed and did gay stuffs with him. VDM then said it was just the beginning. And if BOb doesn't pay back immediately, he'd expose more. This evening VDM made another stunning reveal, exposing a recorded Bobrisky phone call. Where Bob narrated how. He was originally arrested for Naira Abuse. Then, EFCC added "money laundering" to his charges. He explained to them that he has over 5 million followers on social media and makes his money legitimately from influencing gigs. But, EFCC didn't believe. They instead, asked him to pay ₦15M for them to clear the money laundering charges. He didn't have the money, so he called some unnamed persons loyal to him, to help him raise the funds. Amongst which was "Elle". Who gave him ₦8M. He managed to raise the ₦15M to bribe EFCC, then they removed the charges of Money Laundering. And if you recall, when Bobrisky was originally arrested on April 4th. Everyone suspected it was on charges of homosexuality, until EFCC stated that he was in for Naira abuse. Then later EFCC stated that he's also guilty of Money laundering totaling his charges to 6. Four for Naira abuse, two for money laundering. He was accused of money laundering because he failed to declare activity of his business Bob Express after receiving ₦127.7M in his Eco Bank account and another ₦53M. All of these were made known the next day. April 5th. Then, on his first court appearance, EFCC lawyers TOLD the judge to please strike out 5&6 of Laundering charges, due to a successful 'late night' meeting. Yeah, they said this to the media. Perhaps, this is the "late night meeting" they were talking about. It didn't end there.. On the same phone call, Bobrisky explained how after the court sentenced him to six months imprisonment, his "Godfather" called him and told him not to worry, that he won't enter that Ikoyi prison. Instantly, the unnamed godfather, called the controller general of Nigeria prisons, and told him to get Bobrisky an apartment near the prison. He will stay there on the condition that, he doesn't come out till the sentence is complete. Obviously, Bob will agree. He agreed. So, when it was about two weeks for him to be released. His friend, Rapper and activist, Falz called him on phone and tried to help him get a federal pardon. Then, involved SAN Femi Falana who allegedly asked Bob to pay ₦10M for them to get him a Presidential pardon. Which will absolve his name of any wrongdoing. Basically, with the pardon, the whole money laundering, Naira abuse or jail thing will not appear on his records. That was how Falz and the reputable Femi Falana were dragged into this intriguing debacle. Bob said he pled guilty because he thought it will make his case easier. Implying that after discussing with the EFCC guys, it was clear that they'd still do whatever they wanted regardless of what he said or didn't say. Inferring from the money laundering drama. Now, Nigerians are suspecting that Falz is perhaps a brotherhood. While his fans are saying, perhaps he just wanted to help based on the "Activist" he is. However, even before now. Fans have had reasons to suspect Bobrisky was never in jail. Because according to screenshots that he posted himself after his release, he was still communicating properly with his phone, even ordered skincare online from Beauty Hut and the loud vendor allegedly casted it. Wolff: Now Epstein’s explanation for why this friendship ended is as follows. In 2004, Epstein believed himself to be the high bidder on a piece of real estate in Palm Beach—a house. His bid was $36 million. He took his friend Trump around to see the house, to advise him on how to move the swimming pool. Trump thereupon went around Epstein’s back and bid $40 million for the house—and got the property. Epstein, who was well acquainted and in fact deeply involved with Trump’s scattered finances, understood that he didn’t have $40 million to pay for this house. Now, if that was the case, it was someone else’s $40 million. At the time, Epstein believed this to be the $40 million of a Russian oligarch by the name of Rybolovlev. Less than two years later, this same house that Trump had bought for $40 million was sold for $95 million—and it was in fact sold to Mr. Rybolovlev. This is all a red flag of money laundering. And what Epstein did—and he was furious about losing this house—I mean, there’s something about these guys, these men, that nothing rouses them so much as a real estate betrayal. Epstein, after this—the sale of this house, after Trump went around his back, got this house—Epstein began to threaten with lawsuits, with going to the press and saying that Trump was a frontman for a money laundering deal. Trump panics at this point, and Epstein believed—that it was Trump who went to the police and, as Epstein said, dropped the dime on him. That is to say, informed the police of what was going on. And an investigation began, and all of Epstein’s legal problems for the next 15 years began to unfold. This story about this piece of real estate and their falling out was first published in June 2019. It’s published actually in my book Siege, the second book I had written about the Trump White House. Epstein had recounted this story to me. I put it in this book. Epstein, at that moment, was in Paris. He read the book. He called me with some alarm, and he said he was afraid that he might have said too much. Three weeks later, he returned to the United States from Paris and was promptly arrested on the tarmac of Teterboro Airport in New Jersey when his plane landed.

🔴Just Now. Henry Nowak’s father’s full family statement. This is both heartbreaking and utterly harrowing. Should be watched until the end and shared everywhere. “The police did not believe him, he was dragged across the gravel, handcuffed and arrested.” “He told the police 4 times he had been stabbed. One police officer said ‘I don’t think you have mate’. He told the police he couldn’t breathe, 9 times” “Instead of being treated like a victim, police arrested him for assault and read him his rights. That was the last thing he heard. Henry did not die with dignity. He was not believed.” “The way he was treated was inhumane and degrading” ** “His murderer however WAS afforded decency. He WAS believed. He was NOT handcuffed when arrested. He was NOT handcuffed when transported to the police station. As far as we understand, he was NEVER handcuffed AT ALL. And while under arrest for Henry’s murder, police even took him to the kitchen so he could choose what he would like to eat. … the contrast is unbearable” ** “This is not a case about Sikhism, this is not a case about racism. This is a case about murder. People should be able to walk openly through the streets of Britain carrying a 21cm blade.” “Today Henry was believed” ** His murderer has just been sentenced to 21 years in prison. My heart broke in two listening to this. There must be a full investigation into the Police misconduct. Rest in peace Henry. May his memory be a blessing. Sending love and prayers to the family.

Nnamdi Kanu is trending because the IPOB agitator was spared a death sentence and slammed life imprisonment by Justice Omotosho over terrorism charges. He has 30-days to approach the court of appeal. On October 15th 2015, MNK was arrested upon arrival in Lagos from UK, on charges of treasonable felony. He wasn’t released until after 18months in detention, when he was granted bail on health grounds and released from Kuje prison, April 28th 2017. He later absconded after military raided his home in Abia. Until June 19th 2021 when he was arrested in Kenya. Then the case morphed from treason to terrorism. Due to his inciting broadcasts on several occasions between 2018 and 2021, when he was outside the country. Since then, he has been between DSS custody, courts and detentions battling 15 count charges of treason and terrorism allegations. April 2022, Justice Binta Nyako reduced the charges to 7 from 15, citing lack of substance. Specifically, she removed counts 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. Six months later in October, the Court of Appeal discarded the standing 7 charges and ordered his release. On grounds of the illegal capture and rendition to Nigeria from Kenya, which therefore invalidated FG’s charges. Which this June, a Kenyan High Court ordered he be paid Ksh 10million as compensation. FG kept him detained and immediately approached the Supreme Court who in December 2023, overturned the appellate courts judgement. Stating that, indeed his rendition was unfair and illegal but doesn’t affect the integrity of FG’s charges. His lawyers described it as; unconstitutional, per incuriam, and a travesty of justice. Arguing that, retrying after an acquittal is tainted, unlawful. Constituting double jeopardy which is prohibited by Section 36(9). Meaning the court had contradicted its own precedents, as the court of appeal’s judgement was supposed to be final. However, September 2024 Justice Binta recused herself from MNK’s case after he publicly expressed lack of confidence in her, as he believed she was compromised and bias. With this the case had to start again and rather swiftly. Justice Omotosho took over. And today November 20th, Justice Omotosho convicted and sentenced MNK on all 7 charges. Count 1,4,5 and 6 offense: Threatening and intimidating the public, inciting violence against security personnel and civilians. He advised students to make explosives to attack security operatives; terrorism. He was also accused of the EndSars destruction in Lagos. — These should carry death sentence, but the (court tempered mercy and passed life imprisonment.) Count 3 — Admiting to be a member and leader of IPOB, which is considered a terrorist organization. (He bagged 20yrs with no option of fine.) Count 7 (or 15) — He imported Tram 50L radio transmitter. (5yrs jail.) MNK argued that there is no law in Nigeria till date that deems importing a radio as a crime. All his objections were overruled. He won’t be kept in Kuje. But a private solitary confinement due to his explosive nature. There are 8 charges on paper. But some were merged, that’s why it looks like he wasn’t convicted on count-2 which is also intimidation and sit-at-home. MNK now has 30-days (could be extended) from today to appeal the judgement. Which could result to; reduced sentence, retrial, total acquittal, or sentence upholding. Nigerians are polarized, some argue that it’s a fair judgment. Others argue that, he was only charging his people to defend themselves from terrorists-Fulani’s and his utterance were just commentary with no ties to any violence. In fairness, technically, the judgement is pinpoint. It checks out. There is almost no chance of success at the court of appeal, as things stand. Follow Trending Explained for daily explanations!
