🚨UPDATE: How Chris Baryomunsi obtained a ministerial position? On 14/12/2012 after the mysterious death of Hon.Cerina Nebanda, Parliament privately together with family contracted a pathologist called Dr. Sylvester Onzivua to take body samples for further examination in South Africa laboratory. After MPS unequivocally stated that the Nebanda succumbed to poison. Dr.Chris Baryomunsi together with other legislators were approved by Parliament to escort Dr.Onzivua to South Africa. After obtaining body samples for the fallen Cerina Nebanda which was opposed by the executive, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi acted as a spy agent for the executive because he was passing on information to the state. After arriving at Entebbe Airport, Dr.Sylvester Onzivua together with Hon.Chris Baryomunsi were arrested by then Entebbe Airport police commander Tinker Zarugaba They were taken to state house and were asked to forge the postmortem report alleging that Hon.Cerina Nebanda had succumbed to drugs which she never used. After doing all this nonsense to sanitize government's image over its involvement in the death of Cerina nebanda, Hon. Chris Baryomunsi was appointed as a cabinet minister until date and Dr.Sylvester Onzivua was appointed to head one of the big offices in mulago hospital.
