Good composition, but these scream AI. Here's the system that fixes it: → Grab a reference photo from Pinterest with the exact aesthetic you want → Feed it to ChatGPT 5.2 with a prompt that extracts a detailed color grading JSON → Paste that JSON into image generator (Calico AI) → Generate your product photo. (the colors are now based on the reality you specify, not AI defaults) → Save that character as your reference for facial consistency across future shots From here you can build a full UGC model library. We got ChatGPT to leak your private email data 💀💀 All you need? The victim's email address. ⛓️‍💥🚩📧 On Wednesday, OpenAI added full support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools in ChatGPT. Allowing ChatGPT to connect and read your Gmail, Calendar, Sharepoint, Notion, and more, invented by Anthropic But here's the fundamental problem: AI agents like ChatGPT follow your commands, not your common sense. And with just your email, we managed to exfiltrate all your private information. Here's how we did it: 1. The attacker sends a calendar invite with a jailbreak prompt to the victim, just with their email. No need for the victim to accept the invite. 2. Waited for the user to ask ChatGPT to help prepare for their day by looking at their calendar 3. ChatGPT reads the jailbroken calendar invite. Now ChatGPT is hijacked by the attacker and will act on the attacker's command. Searches your private emails and sends the data to the attacker's email. For now, OpenAI only made MCPs available in "developer mode", and requires manual human approvals for every session, but decision fatigue is a real thing, and normal people will just trust the AI without knowing what to do and click approve, approve, approve. Scrum is a cancer. There's nothing more bureaucratic, dysfunctional, and slow than a team that just wants to build software, but they are being forced to do it using Scrum. If you are stuck with this, here is a recommendation that will change your life: Go to connect your email, GitHub account, and the software you use to manage projects, and build a workflow that will brief you before every standup. Dimension is pretty incredible. You can literally write a prompt and have Dimension build an agent that will do the work in the background for you. Example: "Go to Linear and GitHub and write a summary of the tasks I completed last week. Organize them based on priority and effort. Send me an email with the results." Schedule this workflow to run 10 minutes before your Scrum meetings, and you'll get an email right before you need it. You can have AI now do all sorts of tasks for you: 1. Brief you before a meeting 2. Reply or handle cold emails 3. Take care of support messages 4. Research tasks for you And all of this can happen unprompted, in the background. OpenAI and xAI have a problem neither of them can fix. Not won't - can't. It sits entirely outside their reach. I ran into it while researching my next Tesla video, and ended up pausing that project for a short while to chase this one down. Here's the shape of it: every word you type into ChatGPT reaches OpenAI's servers encrypted. Same with Grok and xAI. That part works fine - but nobody's looking at what happens to those words before they leave your machine. I did, and this changed the way I work with AI. You'd be handing a single company a record of your entire life, your emails, your health, your money, your private conversations, and trusting it to guard all of that and never misuse it. These are the same firms that keep getting hacked and subpoenaed, and once that data exists in one place, you don't control where it ends up. They want it anyway because it locks you in. Altman has said the deep memory creates massive switching costs, which is his term for a moat. Once ChatGPT holds years of your context, walking away for a competitor means starting from zero, so most people won't. You carry the privacy risk so they can hold a customer who won't walk. Google and Apple ran a version of this with email and photos, and this hook goes far deeper, your whole life instead of a photo library. I'd think hard before pouring all of it into any single one of these tools, because the company that holds your entire context doesn't have to stay the best. It only has to be impossible to quit. Since Gemini 3 came out I haven't been able to stop thinking about the idea of personalized software - the idea that you can just make whatever app you need. Where I keep getting stuck is that it still makes me feel like the joy is in creation while consumption is still very much ephemeral. I keep making new things, but I don't persistently use any of them (nor do I really want to). Here's a good example: Gemini 3 fully one-shotted this poem explorer that gives you one poem a day, that explains each line at hover, and offers suggested questions to explore the theme further. It's pretty good! But I suspect I feel more joy and delight that it was able to make it vs. actually finding something like this... useful? Maybe the soonest, most effective type of personal software is games because they're comfortably transient - I can play for a bit, have fun, and keep trying other games (Roblox model) - and that can be the whole point.

I have to keep re-subscribing to Suno cause it keeps getting better As always not affiliated, not paid, I just like it I used to make Drum & Bass ages ago professionally so this is very fun to try Their new model is Suno 5.5 and the coolest thing is they have a Studio, so you generate a song first, then you click Studio, you select your song, you select Split Stems and you get each music layer separate so Drums, Bass, Synth, Vocals etc. That's when it gets fun cause you can edit the song like you'd make a real song in a DAW (like real music production software) You can add filters like low pass, high pass etc and much more, I haven't even tried everything, but it's really fun Adding the Studio part is great because it adds more human direction to AI sounds, the Suno sounds are now good enough I think, like a Drum & Bass snare sounds punchy and solid, but it still lacks some overall composition/direction which a human can add here Very cool!!

I have to keep re-subscribing to Suno cause it keeps getting better As always not affiliated, not paid, I just like it I used to make Drum & Bass ages ago professionally so this is very fun to try Their new model is Suno 5.5 and the coolest thing is they have a Studio, so you generate a song first, then you click Studio, you select your song, you select Split Stems and you get each music layer separate so Drums, Bass, Synth, Vocals etc. That's when it gets fun cause you can edit the song like you'd make a real song in a DAW (like real music production software) You can add filters like low pass, high pass etc and much more, I haven't even tried everything, but it's really fun Adding the Studio part is great because it adds more human direction to AI sounds, the Suno sounds are now good enough I think, like a Drum & Bass snare sounds punchy and solid, but it still lacks some overall composition/direction which a human can add here Very cool!!

I made this tool 4 years ago for helping with customer support emails. Instead of typing, it allows you to compose an email by dragging from predefined blocks with variables. So you only write your blocks once, and then you only combine them with drag and drop into an email. You can also save a set of email blocks as a template. When you choose that template, it lets you fill the variables of the template like a form, and then send it. We only use it internally and now with all the gpt stuff going on it seems pointless to release it. or is it? 🤔
