I met a homeless marine veteran. He has full benefits due to PTSD but after he made a few bad decisions, he went to jail. When he was released his benefits never turned back on and he’s been street Homeless ever since. He’s entitled to the benefits. The problem is the system is so dysfunctional and slow. It’s probably going take several more months.
