You know the colleges are full of fraudulent “students” that come in cacada to secure some PR card and then bring their families. Nothing to do with studying. Many working under the table with fraudulent hours and money filtered through “employment agencies”. happening for years

fraudulent transactions originate mostly from countries with heavy immigration (mostly Asian). The solution to this is; is the transition to a more equitable and diverse immigration with a country/quota system.+

This is not a “particular incident,”this is an industry practice Investigate the whole industry. It’s riddled with fraud and manipulation Guardrails and guidelines are absolutely necessary
