I just finished Episode 7 using only the Character Sheet + Location Sheet to generate this complete 20-shot videos. The era of generating images one by one before generating the video has officially OVER! I used Google Flow for the entire video, and 90–95% of each shot was generated... successfully on the first attempt. Honestly, this video took me almost 5 hours because Flow AI as usual FLAGGING. I nearly gave up. My honest advice, for your sanity and mental health, please focus on using Grok for your video. Flow AI will frustrate your life. Character and location sheets solve the reference problem, but Flow still needs a continuity contract per shot. Pin hand occupancy, eyeline, lens, and screen direction in the shot card, then treat each flagged render as a targeted repair instead of regenerating the whole sequence.

Nice, but much easier with Claude MCP, just upload character references and scenes it will generate as much videos you want without any character sheet
