I'm sorry, but it just sounds.... too soft. Too slow. It doesn't sound like a Gimmick at all. It has potential if you make it sound livelier. I've tried to remake it a bit in FamiTracker, to show you what I mean.

I like how Avowed encourages exploration. Chests or Loot make a sound, which makes you want to find it. Vertical exploration too. From XboxSeriesX

And this is where things get REALLY exciting for designers/animators. I can go in and update the menu graphics 🖌️, build in new animations for the ship, etc., even play around with sound effects 🔊, and it all gets updated in the Main artboard. LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Just built this space battle game with Grok 4.5 in Grok Build, and it absolutely nailed it I literally gave it a simple two-line prompt, asked it to research the idea and build the game, and it did the rest A few back-and-forth tweaks, and took a free low-poly spaceship model, and Grok handled the integration surprisingly well....even the sound effects Now I can’t stop playing it. It’s actually super fun. Grok just got even more addictive…

Complied all the 02 sound effects with as little other noises as I could... This thing is pretty creepy sounding when you can actually hear it, you can kinda hear it pulsing in its idles, gives a cool Techno Eldritch horror vibes, a weird bell chimes too when it gets low HP...

After years in the making, It’s finally here - my Neural DSP Archetype X plugin. It sounds and feels exactly like my rig on its best day, with expert mic placement and engineering. I threw everything I had at this project, knowing that you wouldn’t be reading this unless we got it right. And thanks to the brilliant minds at Neural DSP , I can say we’ve created a plugin that perfectly recreates the sound and experience of playing tube amplifiers, as well as effects pedals and outboard gear.
