So here's the context. I've been running my design agency for years using like 6 or 7 different apps. Notion for docs. Another thing for proposals. Spreadsheets for finances. Nothing talks to each other. It's a complete mess that eats hours of my day. This weekend I just built the thing I always wished existed. A full operating system for running a design agency. → Client CRM with revenue tracking → Project management with docs and call notes, including a direct integration with AI notetakers so call transcripts land automatically inside the right project → Proposal builder with live preview, sends a real link to clients → Prospects pipeline with Kanban → Marketing suite for post ideas and scheduler with AI writing built in → Finance dashboard pulling real numbers from my actual bank accounts → Light / Dark mode fully functional Everything connected and real. And this is just version 1.0. because I have so many more ideas to implement. The goal is to build the most complete tool ever made for running a design business.

The stack I used until now: Next.js Supabase TypeScript Tailwind Vercel Google OAuth Real database, auth, APIs and bank integrations that pull live balances. The kind of stack a funded startup would ship. Built by a designer with no coding experience in a weekend.

I won't pretend it was smooth. It wasn't just "prompt and ship." 50+ commits to get here. TypeScript errors. Middleware crashes. Broken deployments. Security patches that broke everything else. Bank APIs that worked then didn't. Dark mode that was never quite right. Every problem got solved. Claude Code debugged, rewrote, and fixed, but you still have to know what you want and push through when things break. The barrier isn't gone. It's just moved.

The hardest part besides creating the full idea and architecture behind the product was setting up Terminal, GitHub, Supabase and Vercel. The invisible infrastructure that connects everything. The stuff that has nothing to do with your actual product but blocks everything until it works. Once that clicked it honestly felt like flying.

Here's where I'm at now. Going to run this as our internal tool for the next few weeks, break it, find the gaps, build the missing pieces. If it holds up, I'm launching it as a standalone product for design agencies. One place for everything. Clients, projects, proposals, pipeline, content, finances and more.
