I just spent 3 hours vibe coding a Subway Surfers-style game remake. Already built: > Full 3-lane endless runner gameplay > Procedural tracks + obstacles > Coins, combos & power-ups > Animated 3D characters > Missions, season pass & store > Daily rewards + records > Music, haptics &... show more

All commits have been updated on this GitHub repo:

you should build this

Missed opportunity dude! You should make it a riding a bike in Vietnam

Insane bro 🔥 the art is what gives it away mostly , its just sloppy enough to tell

I think I need to improve the prompt for the art. It could definitely be better.

How can you generate the characters ?

All generated inside Rork. If you use other AI tools, you should check out Meshy

dude this is amazing

holy fuck

Animated 3d characters optimised for mobile? Did you use a third party service ?

All generated inside Rork. If you use other AI tools, you should check out Meshy AI for 3d

how many free tokens do you have on rork 😭

10k credits/month 💀

Can we host on Would love for you to test building games with mint!

woof

its bad though

am building ocean experience just to surf :)

This in 3 hours is crazy work!!

If anyone’s looking for a quick free browser game: I made RESIST. You’re an antivirus pilot clearing AI bots sector by sector. Simple controls, high-score chasing.

Movement feels janky as hell

Wow really amazing

That is not a 3hrs vibe coding

3 hours for all that is wild lol

are you using rork only plateform for building ?

cool

How do you generate the image?

This is incredible for 3 hours of work. The gamification and retention mechanics looks very well done. Good job and thx for open sourcing it!

Question, whats the purpose of RealityKit for your game?

Impressive Alex! Didn't think AI can do this much work with game development. How much time and tokens did it take? Also curious to know the model you used for this.

what did you build with? this is so dope

Getting haptics, store mechanics, and RealityKit physics working smoothly in that timeframe is insane leverage. We are officially in the era where code is cheap and creative taste is the only real bottleneck left.

How'd you do the art? Is it assets or code?

HOW, the texture is good, also the character, i was trying something like that, but bad results for movements, and characters..

What did you use to make the 3d characters?

Which ai you use to vibe coding

This is very cool. Do you get a check from Rork?

This is what happens when the cost of experimentation collapses: people stop asking whether an idea deserves months of development and start asking whether it’s fun enough to keep building.

Speed of building was never the bottleneck, even before AI. My first real product was a relationship tool for workaholics reconnecting with old friends, and it took longer to find who needed it than to build it. Three hours gets you a demo, not a reason anyone keeps opening it.
