the bottleneck on ad gen at scale isnt the generation anymore.. its which 5 out of the 100 are actually different enough to test. claude code spits out volume but most of the variants look like the same ad how are you handling the dedup/variance step?

Volume isn't the bottleneck anymore. 100 variants tend to converge on 5-6 hook angles even with persona prompts — the model regresses to the same DR archetypes. Are you seeing the persona layer actually produce distinct winning hooks in tests, or does CTR cluster?
