a lot of visual context and refining, i found gemini 3 models to be really good at UI and understanding visuals compared to claude @QHT_NYC haven't tested out codex yet.

POV: Your reactive dog spends the entire pet store acting like every aisle contains a personal nemesis... until they're allowed to carry one giant stuffed dinosaur. Suddenly the barking stops. The anxiety disappears. The dramatic security patrol ends. They're just proudly marching through the store with an emotional support T-Rex like they've been promoted to Regional Dinosaur Manager. The only remaining issue? They become extremely confident the dinosaur already belongs to them before anyone reaches the checkout. Sometimes the biggest breakthrough in training isn't another command... it's finding the one ridiculously oversized toy that convinces a dog the world isn't so scary after all.

This is a weird one folks 🤣 During development, before we had the night sky, I was fiddling around with the sky settings and found one of the map pre-sets, setting the time of day to evening. I loved the vibe so much that I recorded this video for fun to send to a friend. I can’t be the only one getting Noire vibes here! Our next game will be “Moeka: Noire adventures” based in the 40s-50s XD (JK)

Pedestrians AND Traffic are alive now everyone!! Been heads down for 2 days on this one to build a hyper realistic flow, it was a massive amount of work, but part of the map now has people walking the streets and cars actually driving through traffic. Day 23 of building hyper realistic community own open source, open world game with a loop of AI agents. Today's progress: - Pedestrians are in. NPCs walk around the streets on their own. - Traffic works. cars drive the roads and follow the flow. got both running together across a whole section of the map. This was one of the hardest parts so far. a city only feels alive when the crowds and the traffic are all running at once, and that's a lot of systems talking to each other. but real talk, a lot of this i had to set up by hand right now, and the bigger the map gets the worse that's going to be. There has to be a better way. next up is scaling it from one section to the entire city. quick question for the unreal engine people: whats your best approach for traffic and crowd AI at full city scale? I got a section fully alive, now i want the whole map moving. if you've built this before i want to learn how you did it.

I've been playing more with this depth map motion transfer workflow, and if you're trying to recreate really specific body movements from a reference video, this works surprisingly well. Here's the workflow: 1. Grab your reference video, then create your character and environment references. 2. Run the video through Depth Anything on fal to generate a depth map: 3. Drop that depth map into Seedance Omni as your motion reference along with your character and environment references. You don't even need the original video. I also tested this against using the original video as the motion reference in Seedance, and there's definitely a noticeable difference. One thing I found, though, is that this works much better for body movement than facial performance since the depth map can't really capture subtle facial motion. I'm running more tests to see if there's a good way to control both body movement and facial performance. If you have any workflows I should try, do share in the comments!

Yesterday I played the new My Hero Academia: Alls Justice game for 5hrs! 💥 #mha #MyHeroAcademiaAllsJustice I’m on PS5 and tried all the features (Online PvP, Story Mode, Archive Battle, Team Up Missions etc) and had fun roaming around exploring the map, collecting cards and talking to the characters. I enjoyed it a lot!! A few small things though, like I wish the map was much larger of an open world (perhaps it expands as you keep playing) and the character customizations could also have more. But it was incredibly satisfying playing as these characters, and the game LOOKS and feels great 🔥 I’ll definitely continue playing it on stream! What are your thoughts?

Week one. Building the game I've dreamed of for 15 years with AI. Guys, this week was so much fun. I recorded a YouTube video to show you how the first seven days came together. I started with concepts and a fight between primitives. By the end of the week, I had a playable Unity prototype and a map with Human, Skeleton and Urs castles. Fog of war, a minimap, troops hiding in forests. Even little flags moving on the towers. I keep catching myself just looking at it. You've been asking how I'm doing all of this with AI, so I walk through the process, including what worked and where I got stuck. There's already a lot to show. I drove a real car while wearing a VR headset 🤯 This might be one of the wildest driving experiences I’ve ever had with BMW M in Germany. They put me behind the wheel, but instead of the real world, I saw a fully digital racing track through the headset. I was driving on an open airport field, but visually I was fully inside a race. I could still see my real hands, the steering wheel, and the dashboard, but through the windows I saw a virtual world and track. And it’s multiplayer. I was racing against another driver on a different field, and our cars and the map were synchronized between us in real time. Insane tech. It felt surreal. Hard to wrap my head around. I know I’m in a real car, actually driving, but visually I’m in a video game. Crazy. Thanks BMW BMWMotorsport for the demo!
