But what are they even arresting him for? What's the charge? The officer battered him, then pushed him, then tackled him to apply handcuffs. Sure the guy should've reacted without so much aggression, but the officer shouldn't have touched him to start with. If the cop truly wanted to make sure he was ok, he could've asked him if he was ok without touching him. Cue the bootlicker comments...

Not defending the young man actions however as a police officer you should know how to de-escalate these type of encounters. You never know what a person is going thru mentally. A simple “sorry for kicking you” could’ve solved the issue. With no unnecessary arrest and paperwork.
