I know Menendez. I’ve worked with him on countless issues. These are serious, troubling allegations. It doesn’t look good. But Bob is entitled to a presumption of innocence. So all of a sudden Ana supports the judicial system making the decision. If he were a Republican she would be demanding his resignation.

He has gold bars and $475k in cash in envelopes with his name on it. He’s going to get a trial. He’s also going to get convicted.

Should Santos resign?

You’re as dumb as he is guilty. Narrator: He was guilty AF.

…funny how you believe some are entitled to the “presumption of innocence while others are not…

You don’t presume innocence for anybody you don’t like. What a joke.

But Trump isn’t entitled to presumption of innocence?

Menendez can fight his legal battles outside of being a NJ US Senator. The NJ Senate seat is not his personal seat. Once bitten twice shy. No one on a Senate salary has over $400K in cash at home with Gold bars. The man must tender his resignation. Friends or not. Resign Menendez

He’s entitled 2 presumption of innocence, but NOT entitled 2 keep his Senate seat. It’s the 2nd time he’s been indicted & he’s not going 2 b able 2 wiggle out of this one. Btw-his excuse about keeping cash around because of Castro is bs. His parents came 2 NY in 1953 pre Castro.

What a Hypocrite you are.
