If you barely tap the large end of the egg with a spoon before boiling the shells will come off easier, you also don’t need the water in the jar. A microplane fine grater works great on the butter and it will be easier to clean. A small pile of the shreds look pretty on individual bread plates for a nice dinner. Drizzle with a bit of honey or add a bit of parsley if you want to amp it up a notch.
