I love Macross Zero

I like this creature. I would like to have a kit of this.

the VF-0 is such a sexy design

I really need to find a place to watch Macross in general.

@Breadstick69420 If youre in the US, Hulu has every entry except the original (thanks Harmony Gold)

@Breadstick69420 Well it is something. Thanks I’ll look into them.

I had never seen anyone really talk positively about this show, but when I watched it I quite enjoyed it. The mecha animation and compositing also blew me away.

They made reactive armor look cool ngl

Animated ERA?? Holy moly…

I am not going to lie, if you told me this was a Armored Core (Classic timeline) anime, I would have believed you! Like, look at this design! I wonder if the person who worked here also worked on any game from the franchise?

Macross Zero’s story isn’t that great. But there’s no doubt the Valkyrie action scenes > anything in Frontier and Delta. IIRC this was the last Macross series Ichiro Itano worked on.

When a Valkyrie thinks it’s a Gundam.

Focker is too Chad

Love the prequel story, great backstory for the franchise

opening scene visual of every time i take a poop

This is basically the same faction that acts as antagonist in Delta. Don't believe me? Look at the aircraft designations of their transformable planes.

It really doesn't get enough love. (I'm old enough to remember when there were fights about it being cannon or not, which were ultimately settled 5 years later in Frontier)

あれだけの至近距離でミサイル全弾発射しても一発も当たらない……

Can I watch zero without having seen the previous shows? Or where would I start?

🗣️ Formation Dihh quick

This is the same universe as the guy with the guitar mech and the space city

Macross dogfights peaks here.
