Last Quarter for @hexclad my team generated 74 Million Organic impressions, the best part? This is 7 X what we did last year, and it was all through free product. Here's some thought on how we accomplished this. #1 Compounding Impressions Compounding impressions is the 8th wonder of the world. We have been doing influencer outreach for nearly 3 years now. We started in chef creators as the target demo and only expanded outward from there. The same creators who posted 3 years ago are posting now. It's a beautiful thing when you have a great product. #2 Inbound 3 years ago Hexclad didn't have the reputation it does now. As Hexclad's credibility has grown, so has the amount of creators who want to work with them. Our optin rate on outreach is SUPER high, as well as the amount of creators applying on their own. #3 Product Use Cooking is hands down the best category to run influencer marketing. The pans, aprons, hexmills etc are all things that can easily be included in every post for creators posting Recipes. It's not uncommon for the average creator seeded to post 7+ times. This is just a better set than sending another face moisturizer.

Hacking a Polaroid printer with Codex: the printer didn't have a Mac app or any way to connect to a laptop, so I got Codex to reverse engineer the bluetooth connectivity and build a native swift app. We then also built a Codex skill to get it to print something fun. With coding assistants you can now avoid being stuck with badly design native software, but build something yourself that you'll like and enjoy - whether it is a printer, digital photo frame or some other IoT device gathering dust around the house. It is really not that hard to do anymore.

One of the things you’ll notice in this video is a short clip inserted of ones of the planes I captured while filming. It’s extremely important that we track and document exactly who is leaving the trails that linger and take over our beautiful blue skies. It helps you learn to understand who’s responsible as well as how it’s happening. In addition to that it provides evidence to the states that have laws in place already to ban it and it provides a record for potential future litigation, etc. Look for a post from me here on the ROS community tomorrow that will provide additional details on how to track, record, and document who you’re seeing in the skies above you. Also please watch the videos in the comments from MOCleanSkies with some additional details explaining some of what you’re seeing in the skies above and who is responsible and why.

It’s — it’s been crazier, to be honest with you, because the hundreds of millions of people back here in the United States, like, we felt the support. Whether you liked hockey or not, it united everybody and cheered for one team. And it was most special team to ever be part of and it meant the world for me to be on this team and it meant the world for me to represent this country and I don’t know if I’ll ever have an experience that will replicate the last few weeks and what this has meant to — I mean, our lives have changed forever to be completely honest. Even being over here in the U.S. for two days, it’s been absolutely insane and it’s hard for me to wrap my head around, but the impact this has had on Americans across the country, it’s the most special thing you could ever imagine.”

There’s no chance that anything is perfected yet. I don’t believe that . . . People have been working on solutions to most problems for a long time, but it wasn’t that long ago that somebody figured out that you should add wheels to suitcases. Pretty good improvement!” It’s hard work though, Jeff caveats: “It’s easy to have ideas. It’s very hard to turn an idea into a successful product. There are a lot of steps in between and it takes persistence and relentlessness. I always tell people who think they want to be entrepreneurs that you need a combination of stubborn relentlessness and flexibility.
