15 yrs ago, I've worked in a grocery in fruit & vegetable section and I've took an Habanero and just ate entirely .. man, it felt the same way as you in the video. One of my colleagues decided to ate one .. and he ate another one like 15 minutes after. His stomach was pure steel

I love spicy food, but I have this weird reaction to it even in small quantities, where my throat closes off like anaphylactic shock. It only happens once, so I add very little hot sauce initially to minimize it. Pretty sure I would be dead from suffocation if I tried that.

2.6MM SHU will remove paint from a car faster than you can wipe it off. I was into that stuff when I was young. Now I don't even use tabasco. Gut health is far too important to engage in that sort of foolishness.
