The Taking of the Relic Made with GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2 on mitte.ai This time I started with a storyboard, then moved to video. The main reason is cost. Video iterations burn credits really fast. With a storyboard, I can tweak things shot by shot and catch issues early, which is way cheaper. It also makes the whole process more controllable. I can adjust each shot on its own, so the character, composition, and key elements stay consistent. Pacing gets figured out early. Once the storyboard is done, the flow is pretty much set. The video step is just turning those shots into a sequence. Sharing my workflow 👇

This workflow is perfect for creating short fashion-style cinematic videos. I simplified the original prompts based on willie’s method, and the whole process is now much faster and more stable: 1. Generate a 3×3 keyframe grid (Nano Banana Pro only) Use this simple prompt: “In a 3x3 grid, show this character in different angles, keep the scene the same, random poses. This is far simpler and more efficient than my old prompts. You can generate multiple times and just pick the keyframes you like most. 2. Extract a high-res keyframe (Super stable trick) Take a screenshot of the keyframe you want from the 3×3 grid, send it back to Nano Banana Pro, and simply say: “Give me a high-resolution version.” This method is much more stable than relying on complex upscaling prompts. 3. Generate the video with Kling 2.5 Turbo Upload the first and last frames to Kling 2.5 Turbo and use this prompt: “The camera very slowly and smoothly lowers on a boom.” From my testing, Kling 2.5 Turbo offers the best balance of stability and cost — other models are either less consistent or noticeably more expensive. 4. Final speed adjustment with willie’s tool (Critical step) Use the tool built by willie to fine-tune the playback speed of each clip. This step is essential for getting that premium cinematic feel. Then, I create a video depth map from that animation and project it onto a face mask. Using vertex displacement, the depth map dynamically deforms the face as the character speaks. MiniMax H3 Instead of sharing the prompts for each of these videos, I thought it would be more useful to share how I created that prompts. All of the videos were generated with text-to-video. First, find an image with the kind of scene, composition and mood you want to recreate. I used a few YouTube playlist thumbnails as references but Pinterest is also a great place to find inspiration. You can even use your own old or nostalgic photographs. Then upload the image to ChatGPT and ask it to describe the scene. The description it gives you can essentially become your text-to-video prompt. From there, you can generate completely new scenes with a similar composition, atmosphere and cinematic language. You can of course use the reference image directly with image-to-video or as a first frame. But if the original image isn't yours, I prefer using it only as visual inspiration and recreating the scene through text-to-video. This is the prompt I use with ChatGPT: "Describe the scene in this image in English, focusing primarily on what is happening, the characters, their actions and body language, the setting and the overall atmosphere. Also briefly describe the composition, framing, camera angle, approximate lens choice, lighting, color palette and cinematic aesthetic. Keep it concise and scene-focused rather than overly technical."

omni motion control is f*cking cracked the left clip is the original. the right is 100% ai, same video, one prompt i grabbed a weight loss transformation off tiktok, gave omni a single image of a totally different girl, and it rebuilt the whole clip around her. she copies the original move for move, down to the dumbbells and the timing. and she doesnt exist and i barely lifted a finger. this was the entire prompt, word for word: "replace the person in the video attached with the person attached in the image, make sure the weight loss transformation is exactly the same from fat to fit" gpt image 2 made the character and omni did the rest. thats it brands pay creators to reshoot the same winning ad with different people just to split test. now you film it once and swap the face for cents. one video turns into 50 i wrote up the full setup: > the prompt method that transfers motion without breaking > how to find reference videos that work > how to batch this out at scale comment "MOTION" and ill send it over

The scary part is that GPT + Intangible MCP can already turn a prompt into something that looks like a full cinematic 3D scene: architecture, environment, mood, lighting, reflections, camera movement, the whole thing. That changes the conversation fast. Because once AI starts operating the workflow instead of just spitting out a lucky image, “knowing the software” stops being the moat people thought it was. The bottleneck shifts somewhere much more dangerous: taste. And taste is a much smaller moat than most 3D people want to believe.
