I made a stream overlay that lets Twitch chat draw my new vtuber into existence. Each time they tap a section on the screen, they sketch out more of the vtuber. After being fully colored, the model pops out of the paper and comes to life.

This stream looks like a scene straight out of a fully produced anime. This vtuber created a custom model and background for a fully immersive ASMR concept. Headphones recommended 🎧 Feels like they are actually up close😳 They absolutely nailed the perspective and lighting.

I made my stream overlay look like a series of animation cels. I wanted it to look like a traditional animation being put together. The cels take a snapshot of my vtuber avatar every few seconds before sliding into the frame. With a higher budget maybe we get a full animation.

I'm excited to announce that a tool I've been making, called VHUD, is entering beta soon! I was recently asked by @/JawnSilva if there was a way to show his vtuber on a monitor as an overlay so he didn't have to look away to see how his vtuber is moving. This is only the start! I plan to add Twitch and YouTube chat widgets, an activity feed of important stream events, support for quick hotkeys to toggle the overlay, and much more!
