Also check out my app version of Slippi Stats Graphic Generator for even more automation! It will generate the stats right after a game has ended. Especially useful for Netplay tourneys where there is no player cam to switch to.

on the last set of each exercise, I use the same weight that I am using for my working set and I push myself to complete failure. I then take weight off each side and do another working set *a drop set* with lighter weight until failure again!

Hack Squat is one of my favorite pieces of leg equipment for overall leg development How I’ll typically do it: 1st set is a top set that’s more focused on strength 2nd and 3rd set are back off sets where I’ll do 70-85% of the top set weight for higher reps where I won’t pause at the top of the rep (like I did in this video) and keep the weight moving throughout the entire duration of the set
