The police introduced the 6pm curfew on DV plates due to the numerous crimes being committed by vehicles with DV. Currently the police have the right to stop you at any point in time to check your log book and insurance.

Have u seen a GH police charge sheet before? They often dnt write what they arrested you for! They’ll send you to court on counts of reckless driving, threat to other road users, preventing police from exercising duties, expired docs, etc meanwhile it’s just DV. 😀

Yeah Knew this as a kid when my brother had a dv plate but I think there was a time you could not drive past or so not sure . But there were so many restrictions back then

Oh ɛwɔ hɔ longest bt at a point, crime was on a high with unregistered car number plates and that caused the police to put in that restriction of nt driving dv plate after 6pm bt as said in the viideo it was said to be uunlawful for that to be done by the police
