Democrats and the Left are increasingly realizing that rather than simply denigrate Christianity, as they did in the past, they're better off trying to appropriate the language of Christianity and to use Jesus as a mascot for wickedness (as we saw with these protestors who stormed into a St. Paul church and screamed in the faces of innocent children about their white "privilege." They then had the gall to claim they were "turning over tables" like Jesus.) Obviously, there's nothing Christ-like about that, as anyone with even a passing acquaintance with their Bible knows. But the Left is banking on people not being familiar with their Bibles. The same is true with James Talarico. What he says about Christianity is heresy. It is anathema to a holy, jealous God who will tolerate the worship of no other gods. What we learned in Ezra Klein's interview with him is that he is no follower of the Way, no follower of Christ. But Christian, you need to know your Bible well enough to be able to expose counterfeits like Talarico. This is where the battleground is now.

Each time I see Baba and Fada, na so I go dey fall in Love with dia exceptional bounding as father and son. Sometimes, the people who love you don’t announce themselves. Baba just stormed Fada’s studio in Ajah. No long notice. No “I’m coming tomorrow.” No warning. And from the look on Fada’s face, I could tell that this one no dey the agenda at all. But that’s the beauty of some relationships. There are people who don’t need an invitation before they come to check on you. They don’t need a special occasion. They don’t need a birthday. They don’t need you to call first. Sometimes, they just want to see you. Yes, for almost 10 days Fada was down with the flue. Somehow, Baba heard of it and decided to visit his adopted son, Fada. In a world where everybody is busy chasing one thing or another, never underestimate the power of somebody simply showing up. Because sometimes, “I came to see you” carries more weight than a thousand messages. Fada was shocked today. He could only utter the words "Welcome to my little home of no regreat" But sometimes, surprise is just love arriving without prior notice. Cherish the people who still show up in ur life. Asanwa.

VDM, u forget to mention the horrible campaign dey carried out on me. Deji, Sowere and co because I refused to bring the money Ford Foundation gave my Foundation for a campaign. Possibly the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life. Today we dropped off our oldest son Chase to spend the next 2 years of his life sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. We won’t see him for 24 months. He will stay laser focused on sharing a message of hope, peace, and God’s love. I truly wasn’t prepared for this day. I am so incredibly sad, yet so incredibly proud. He's as good as they come, and is so excited to share his testimony of Jesus Christ and the plan of happiness. So if a young guy who kinda looks like me knocks on your door, please invite him in, give him a cold drink (no 🍻 please! 😂) and let him share a few things with you… it just might change your life. 🙏🏻💯❤️

I have seen some people circulating a 2017 screenshot, claiming that I am lying and pretending when I say that Baba was my friend and that I was like his daughter. In 2017, we were on different political sides. Like in any heated political contest, many things were said in the course of political banter, something both Baba and Uhuru openly acknowledged and apologised for, including on behalf of their supporters. From November 2018, I began working closely with Baba, shortly after his appointment as AU’s High Representative for Infrastructure Development. At the time, I was with the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), and our office supported his role. I was also part of his 2022 campaign, and in 2024 he personally appointed me into his AUC campaign team. Over a period of 7 years, I had the privilege of learning directly from him. He gave me numerous opportunities, travelled with me across Africa and beyond, and allowed me to sit in high-level meetings that shaped my perspective and growth. That was Baba! A man who never judged me by my tribe or my previous political positions. He saw my potential and gave me an opportunity. He often expressed how proud he was of my work and my convictions. The last time we spoke was on 8th October 2025, while he was still in India, a week before he passed on. I even made a post about that conversation on the same day. That was Baba…my friend! So, to those trying to twist this story to fit a convenient political narrative I will ask, WHO TOLD YOU? Do you claim to know me better than Baba did? And isn’t the same Ruto you now support the one who once called Baba all manner of names? Did he ever publicly apologise the way Baba and Uhuru did? What exactly explains this selective memory, this hypocrisy and these double standards? All in all, yesterday I was in Kisumu, and was so overwhelmed by the love that was expressed. On the way to the rally, so many young people kept calling me by name and saying how much they love me for supporting Baba. Others were even calling me msichana ya Baba. This is the real ground!
