If Aidan Kearney or any of his supporters ever try to play on emotions saying the people who are trying to put him in prison are terrible and they're hurting his children, you play them this. Jennifer McCabe did NOTHING. Brian Albert did NOTHING. Colin Albert did NOTHING. Brian Higgins did NOTHING. And yet Aidan Kearney harassed and tormented these people and laughed and laughed about the joy he would take in seeing them go to prison. The truth is Aidan Kearney is alleged to have broken the law. Aidan Kearney is alleged to have committed several felonies which were a direct attack on the sanctity of our justice system and if convicted, Aidan Kearney belongs in prison. He and he alone is responsible for his predicament. It is not the witnesses fault, not the law's fault, and not the "system's" fault. He is solely and squarely responsible for what he did. To date, nothing has deterred him. He has shown no semblance of remorse. And trust me Pipsqueak, there will be a full house the day you are sentenced and your victims get to give impact statements. I will never forget this post I made back in July, 2024. You see I absolutely knew this video was legitimate. Why, because I had the information pertaining to who took it and the associated proof. I sent that proof to those I knew who believed it was AI. Some backtracked, but not before Grok picked up the "experts'" blurbs and Voila, all of the sudden Truth became fiction. The Blogger/Aiden Kearney/Turtle Boy was a magician. I have always said this. He rivaled Goebels with his propaganda in the Karen Read case. This is just one example. Kearney didn't uncover truth behind what happened to John O'Keefe. Instead he masterfully disguised the Truth with a ridiculous lie and convinced millions to believe it. Whether you like him or hate him, that's the momentous task he accomplished. I dare say, I don't know if anyone else could have convinced people to ignore facts and believe that a minor, an ATF Agent, a police officer, and a family pet killed a man they all liked for no particular reason and then cover up their murder by disposing of their dead victim in their front yard. AJ didn't win the case. Kearney won the case because he succeeded in tainting the jury pool. (Even AJ said the trial would be won during Voir Dire) OH the irony of Kearney saving Read as Kearney faces so many felony charges he picked up while doing her bidding. He just wasn’t in her league. It was a use. And she was masterful in her own right affixing the strings to her puppet Kearney. Does he have the courage to cut the strings? She did. Aidan Kearney #KarenRead #JohnOkeefe

From this morning's hearing in the O'Keefe wrongful death case: Aidan Kearney who claimed he had a "family emergency" and could not appear at his previously scheduled deposition is now currently under subpoena to be deposed on 8/17. Attorney Diller shared with the court this morning Kearney is already trying to reschedule. Diller will be filing a motion today and Kearney will be ordered to appear 8/17 or face sanctions. Watch the docket, folks!! Glad to see Aidan Kearney will finally be held to account. His foolishness with the court is OVER.
