The lying coward Aidan Kearney does not want to show up for his deposition in person. He wants to hide behind a screen on Zoom. Because he's a lying coward. Also, the lying coward who COULDN'T WAIT to be deposed will be pleading the 5th. This will bury Karen Read's hope to defend the IIED claims in the wrongful death case and severely limit the ability of either one of them to defend themselves in the defamation case. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

If Aidan Kearney or any of his supporters ever try to play on emotions saying the people who are trying to put him in prison are terrible and they're hurting his children, you play them this. Jennifer McCabe did NOTHING. Brian Albert did NOTHING. Colin Albert did NOTHING. Brian Higgins did NOTHING. And yet Aidan Kearney harassed and tormented these people and laughed and laughed about the joy he would take in seeing them go to prison. The truth is Aidan Kearney is alleged to have broken the law. Aidan Kearney is alleged to have committed several felonies which were a direct attack on the sanctity of our justice system and if convicted, Aidan Kearney belongs in prison. He and he alone is responsible for his predicament. It is not the witnesses fault, not the law's fault, and not the "system's" fault. He is solely and squarely responsible for what he did. This is Aidan Kearney. Aidan Kearney is currently awaiting trial for multiple counts of witness intimidation. As part of his pretrial release, Aidan Kearney has been ordered to stay away/have no contact with the named victims in his cases. This involves third-party contact This is Aidan Kearney encouraging third-party contact today, May 28th, 2026. He clarifies that he wants his followers to do what he cannot currently do lest he be arrested, and make the victims in his case "uncomfortable." If even 10 people takes the time to ask Michael Morrissey why he continues to allow not only witnesses, but crime victims, to continually endure harassment and intimidation while the defendant openly flouts conditions of his pretrial release, literally for years now, maybe the system will finally do something. He's not directly involved in the case, because he handed it off due to a phantom "conflict" that would exist in no other county in this country (lest defendants would just grind the system to a hault by criticizing prosecutors online to have their case conflicted out), but the prosecutor who is routinely is in the NCDA office, so I'm sure someone will get him the message. Hello. I am at Dedham District Court for a very serious hearing today involving Aidan #TurtleBoy Kearney. Kearney wants to lift an restraining order held by his victim, prominent local advocate Lindsey Gaetani. Last night, reports emerged of a rape investigation into Kearney. Reports also emerged that Kearney was inadvertently sent a full copy of his victims phone, in the context of an active felony case against Kearney, and came to posses intimate images of Lindsey's children. I asked Kearney about both allegations.

So we are all prepared for Friday's hearing. On the left is confirmation that Karen Read, who had locked out MSP for over 45 minutes when they attempted to serve a search warrant in January 2024, factory reset at least one phone before she let MSP in. On the right is Karen Read in August 2025 , on a phone call Read claims Aidan Kearney illegally recorded, screaming about the contents of her seized phones. Read and Kearney are currently under investigation for conspiracy to commit witness intimidation in her murder case. Read is also being sued for wrongful death by the O'Keefe family. The hearing is for the civil wrongful death case.

Yesterday, protected discovery that Aidan Kearney freely admits he shared with at least one person outside his legal team found its way onto this platform. In the past few weeks, protected discovery has routinely been leaked here. The message was from Michael Proctor. In it, Proctor is upset at the harassment being directed toward the witnesses, specifically Colin Albert, and himself.
