I quickly examined Damage Prediction Note this is based on a very small sample size from a casual server, results might be different for you, so I suggest doing your own testing When turned on, results for me show how the headshot effect/spark aligns with the muzzle flash now

I’ve enjoyed using the damage prediction settings with this update and it hasn't negatively impacted my gameplay so far, though I also play with low ping.

Ah, the experience took a hit… got the dink sound just now with the hit not registering on the enemy, so it does affect me in a bad way as well 😅

I was really enjoying it until I got an M4 HS on a guy, died, told my teammate (who was using an awp) that he was 10 HP, teammate used the glock instead and you can guess what happened 😂

imagine if they just increased the frequency at which updates were returned to the client... hmm....

It's much better with it on, especially when using SMGs but I don't know if it's just me but the game stutters a lot more now (5700x3D)

garbage band aid fix again by Valve

I tried it with bodyshot on, hs on but ragdoll off and it was very enjoyable on both Valve and FACEIT servers, a bit more spraying necessary sometimes to kill someone but nothing major, the feedback is almost instant.

whats the framerate of the recording you used tho? how much, in real time milliseconds, did it take to go from frame 1 to frame 2?

I recorded this with Shadowplay at 60 FPS, so about 16.67 milliseconds (1 second / 60 frames)

so like, what do u suggest, do we turn it on or keep it off?
