I thought I should share just a clip where Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane spoke at the launch of Vuka Azania. There will be a Black Convention at a later stage, which I must say I look forward to, where Black people will come together and talk about what they call "The Black Condition", talk about our problems without any interference. As a Think Tank, they are not a political party. They believe our people need Education and Healing. In my view, it is a movement similar to what Afriforum is to Afrikaners and White people, which I feel we desperately need as Black people. I appreciate the Advocate and his colleagues for coming up with this progressive initiative. 🙏🏽

I want to win the Vezina trophy, and I want to be a starting goal for team USA at the Olympics. And none of those three things happen. So I think it's important to set big goals for yourself. And obviously those are three really hard things to do, but I think I can do it. And I think when I look back at the season, I think I'm proud of the regular season I had, I think any time you go 35 and 13 year, I would take that the rest of my career, if I could. So I'm proud of the regular season I had, obviously had games I didn't like, as everyone does throughout the course of the year, but I think for the majority of it, I helped the team win and made a difference. Bu I think like there's another level that I can get to, and I have a lot of things I need to look at that I need to change and get better at if I want to achieve those goals and help this team win. I think what excites me about is that I know I can do it. I'm not asking myself something that I can't do, or people don't think I can do around me that support me and help me. So luckily for me, I have unreal coaches and great family that all wants to help me do that. They believe that I can do it.”

yeonjun’s workout routine 🏋️ 🦊 i think i work out my chest, my shoulders and my back in that order…one day at a time so chest on one day, shoulders on the next and then my back 🦊 i do arm workouts with that sometimes too 🦊 i try to do ab work outs every day 🦊 for back, i think chin-ups are really good! for chest, i think bench presses or using machines is good and for shoulders, i think it’s good to just do it in many splits!

I asked Riley Herbst about being the innocent bystander to what Zane Smith said about Carson Hocevar on RWTB. He asked me what my favorite part of the podcast was and if I liked the thing about his foot. Some good give and take here. "It was a great experience. I think that show brings a lot of eyeballs to our sport ... That was Zane's honest opinion and I don't disagree too much with what he said. We're good friends and so I have Zane's back and Zane has my back." Riley enters Atlanta with two Top 10 finishes in the last three races. Second year leap for the 35 team is coming to fruition and he attributed that to "hard work and really good people"
