@Keir_Starmer I just hope that those entitled turn to Pension Credit to secure their winter fuel allowance also find that it will entitle them also to Council Tax payment assistance. Probably a much larger sum than the WFA which may well ruin the chancellor's planned savings.

@Keir_Starmer As if it wasn’t bad enough that Reeves is cutting Winter Fuel Payments for Pensioners we have the anomaly of MPs receiving this benefit And even worse there is no upper limit on how much MPs can claim for utilities bills.
