Now imagine had Jo Brand, or a suitable equivalent, made that joke against an Islamic person, an ethnic minority or one of the pronoun gang/Alphabet Mafia? She would have been arrested, charged, prosecuted & likely imprisoned. The two tier policing in this country is ridiculous.

@PhilHannon You missed out the crucial part of that tweet, #SCOTUS , which clearly referred to that day’s ruling by the Supreme Court on presidential immunity which I thought gave dangerous licence to illegal acts. You know this perfectly well. So why did you omit it?
