I have a lot of nostalgia, appreciation and love for Cars 2 (2011) it may not be Pixar’s best or a true Cars sequel “that goes to Cars 3 (2017)” but there is still a lot to enjoy about this movie as its own standalone Cars spin off type movie, it could’ve easily been advertised as a spin off movie but for what this movie is worth it’s really not that bad and and it’s actually really entertaining and fun if you are looking to watch an over the top b-movie, it’s far from Pixar’s WORST “I’m looking at you Lightyear (2022)” 15 years later this movie is so extremely underrated and more people SHOULD appreciate it more as it’s own thing because screw the critics and Animation YouTubers, it’s really not bad at all and they act so fucking dramatic!

I get that it fails as a sequel but if you ignore the “sequel aspect” Cars 2 is genuinely a really fun and really good standalone Cars movie on its own, I much rather watch this over Incredibles 2 or Lightyear because Cars 2 is really over the top fun like a James Bond movie!

One of the most underrated moments from Cars 2 (2011) is when it was revealed that Sarge switched Lightning’s fuel which is the reason why Lightning didn’t explode during the London Race while he was chasing Mater, Sarge is a true soldier and makes him the second hero of the movie along with Mater, Cars 2 (2011) is seriously super underrated, overhated and such a really fun movie and I love it!

“You Might Think” by Wheezer from Cars 2 (2011) is a lot more catchy and memorable than any of the songs from Moana 2 (2024), Cars 2 is honestly an extremely overhated and really fun film if you view Cars 2 as it’s own spin off film, Moana 2 is just pretty boring and forgettable.

I always liked that Francesco in Cars 2 (2011) is the only “rival” of Lightning of the 3 were they aren’t really rivals but they just like mess around with each other for fun and it’s pretty neat that Lightning and Francesco are friends while Chick is just a straight up asshole and Storm was messing with Lightning’s emotions that caused him to crash. They seriously should bring Francesco back to the Cars franchise because he’s a really funny character and I really want to see more of interactions with Lightning the rest of the Radiator Springs, maybe in Cars: Lightning Racers hopefully!

Another thing that The LEGO Movie (2014) has that the Mario Movies (particularly Galaxy Movie) DON’T have is a scene like this that really impacts just how amazing and special The LEGO Movie (2014) really is whereas the Mario Movies (mostly Galaxy Movie) don’t have a single scene like this that makes it so special themselves or convinces you that they are truly “amazing movies” when they really aren’t, not only is this scene so beautifully well written but there are also no unnecessary interruptions or unnecessary humor placements in this scene and it actually takes the time to breathe and slow down a bit and gives you a heartwarming message to both kids and adults, the fact that Mario fans (especially Galaxy Movie fans) keeps giving the bullshit excuse of “it’s a kids movie” makes zero sense and ya’ll simply refused to accept the many issues that Galaxy Movie has and yet The LEGO Movie is also a “kids movie” and yet it wasn’t afraid to treat their audiences like they are real people and not dumb at all, Phil, Chris and the rest of the crew treated it like it was a REAL movie, they didn’t see it as a cash grab like what the Mario Movies would later do, they took the opportunity to make a movie about LEGOs and actually make something worth it for both critics and audiences, the Mario Movies treats their audience like they don’t care about storytelling or character development and keeps gives you a lot of random action scenes or crazy stuff happening every few minutes that it gets so repetitive and boring so fast that it doesn’t challenge the audiences or even kids, The LEGO Movie (2014) is the complete opposite and I wish the Mario Movies were like this movie because fans and audiences truly deserve better than just fan service or random actions scenes happening every few minutes, they simply failed as movies and there’s a reason why there is rarely any hate for The LEGO Movie (2014) because it’s truly a masterpiece that cares about its audiences and it shows that the whole “it’s a kids movie” is really a stupid excuse.

This woman is demonstrating what happens in her third for in her 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The seat folds and crushes the water bottles unless you hit the button again to stop it. Is it time to hold these manufacturers accountable? In my other post it was a current model and this is a 2022. That means they’ve known about this issue for at least 4 years and they keep putting the same feature in the car that is not safe for normal use. Should these cars with dangerous flaws be banned from the road?

This mechanic says that if it wasn’t for American made cars, he doesn’t know if they would be in business. He points out that all the cars currently in the bays are American made. He says they work on all makes and models but it’s the American made cars the make up the majority of their business. He says that the only foreign cars in the parking lot belong to himself and other people who work there. He says if you want a car that lasts, buy a Toyota. I had a Honda Civic once and got over 500K miles on it. Had a Nissan and got well over 300K miles on it. I have owned Ford, Chevy and GM cars. I’ll be honest, they didn’t last like the foreign cars. I do think American trucks are better than foreign trucks but why can’t we make good cars that last ? What do you think? Do you think he’s right? Are you a die hard Ford Chevy or GM person? Do you own a foreign car or an American made car?
