Here's how to do a bit of VFX work using Seedance 2: If you generate with Seedance 2 you often get a great shot but unfortunately with one or more minor artefacts. Instead of discarding the generation, you can actually edit the video using Seedance 2. In my case it i had to remove a character and I did this using simply as the prompt and using the original video as reference: "Remove boy from video". I then regenerated the missing detail (the boy) using an isolated version of the boy that I removed. And then animated using Seedance 2: "the boy runs sideways and stops. white background. he stays in the center of the screen." In the tutorial below, I'll show how I got rid of an artefact in a shot I liked, and used good old compositing to combine a two videos. As always I'll share the link to the Space below.

I am not a developer. Not even remotely. But today I spent 14 hours working on VibeCraft (think Minecraft, but with prompts). It's the first time my friends are telling me I made an addictive game and actually playing it! So today I added 6 000 lines of code in 20 commits. Among the hardest features in VibeCraft: ✅ Real-Time Multiplayer ✅ Real-Time 3D Asset Generation by multi LLM ✅ Move, Edit, Copy intuitively ✅ Authentication ✅ 100% Mobile Responsive ✅ Hosting & Database ✅ Admin backoffice I didn't know how to do any of these and everything you see in the video is made in game, by prompting, at runtime, and you can NOT believe how good LLM are becoming on geo spatial gen I hope that in a few days I can open the alpha to the public, and I can't wait to hear your feedbacks!

Ok, Remotion is INSANE. I installed it on my OpenClaw this morning. I gave my logo, my landing page and the 14 steps I needed for that video. After 5 iterations, I got this 👇 Well... almost. I wasn't happy about the voiceover. So I sent the script that Marc (my OpenClaw agent) created to ElevenLabs (free plan). Then used Capcut to add the music + the voiceover from ElevenLabs. And I got this video. I am sure it's just a question of time until it becomes perfect (or a lack of skills on my side). But this will go straight to my landing page and I'll save $500 on a video editor.

Here is the Jarvis edit! I told him free tools only! Here’s what he did: 1. He generated a transcript first, then used FFMPEG to cut dead space, trim the ums & ahs, and drop the sections I flagged after I watched it. 2. After that he scraped images from the Aethir site for overlays, connected to the Remotion API ( for animations and graphics, and I let him inject some personality. This took 3-4 iterations. I felt myself spending more time on this than I was expecting and had to pull back or the test wouldn’t have been fair. Decent result and shows the capability right now, but there’s a still a lot of ground to cover for this to be a one-shot solution. Also, I could have saved myself a lot of time by preparing a stronger plan and prompt for Jarvis before setting him off on the video editing job. Will be interesting to see how much better the next video will be when I incorporate these prompt learnings. Good job, Jarvis

This GPT Image 2 prompt creates cinematic storyboard grids from your reference images while generating an original continuous sequence. You can see two different examples in the attached video. If you want a director-inspired cinematic tone, first use the separate “director language” prompt with a director name. It gives you abstract cinematic qualities without directly replicating copyrighted styles. If you don’t want that, you can simply remove that paragraph from the grid prompt. This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are still some bugs, but here’s the first preview. Here’s a quick breakdown: - The four inputs are sent to LLMs with precise instructions to generate: first, prompts for images and image modifications; second, prompts for animations; third, prompts for generating music. - All voices are generated from the text and timed precisely, as they determine the length of each animation segment. - The first image and video are generated to serve as the title, but also as the guide for all other images created for the video. - Titles and subtitles are also added automatically in Comfy. - I also developed a lot of custom nodes for minor frame calculations, mostly to match audio and video. - The full system is a large loop that, for each line of text, generates an image and then a video from that image. The loop was the hardest part to build in this workflow, so it can process either a 20-second video or a 2-minute video with the same input. - There are multiple combinations of LLMs that try to understand the text in the best way to provide the best prompts for images and video. - The final video is assembled entirely within ComfyUI. - The music is generated based on the LLM output and matches the exact timing of the full animation. - Done! For reference, this workflow uses a lot of models and only works on an RTX 6000 Pro with plenty of RAM. My goal is not to replace humans, as I’ll try to explain later, this workflow is highly controlled and can be adapted or reworked at any point by real artists! My aim was to create a tool that can animate text in one go, allowing the AI some freedom while keeping a strict flow. I don’t know yet how I’ll share this workflow with people, I still need to polish it properly, but maybe through Patreon.
