📌 COMMONWEALTH v LINDSAY CLANCY TRIAL After the jury was dismissed today, the Commonwealth raised an issue about who has been signing in and out of the courthouse lockup to visit Lindsay, how often those visits are happening, and when they occurred. One person they specifically focused on was defense psychologist Dr. Paul Zeizel, who the Commonwealth believes has been visiting Lindsay frequently during the trial. Why does that matter? Because Dr. Zeizel may ultimately testify for the defense. The CW appears to be laying the groundwork to examine those visits and potentially question his ongoing contact with Lindsay, his role in the case, and his objectivity if he takes the stand. The Commonwealth also brought up a priest who has been visiting Lindsay. That immediately raised questions from Judge Sullivan about why the CW would need information about the priest. Kevin Reddington explained that the priest is Father Bob, someone close to Lindsay who baptized her children and has continued to visit her. And this is where Judge Sullivan drew a pretty clear line. He was not willing to simply turn over Father Bob’s visitation information because he has been visiting Lindsay. If the defense later decides to call Father Bob as a witness, the issue can be addressed at that point. Dr. Zeizel was treated differently. Judge Sullivan ruled that the Commonwealth can review the courthouse security records showing when and how often Dr. Zeizel has gone back into the lockup to see Lindsay during the trial. That distinction matters. This does NOT mean the Commonwealth gets access to what Lindsay and Dr. Zeizel discussed. It also does NOT mean anyone has established that Dr. Zeizel has done anything improper. Right now, they are getting information about the visits themselves. And I don’t think the timing is insignificant. Dr. Zeizel has already come up during testimony, including that strange theory about whether he told Lindsay to call Patrick and say she was hearing voices, a theory that the trooper ultimately acknowledged was speculation and apparently wasn’t actually investigated. Now the Commonwealth wants records documenting Dr. Zeizel’s contact with Lindsay while the trial itself is happening. To me, this looks like the CW is preparing for Dr. Zeizel before he ever takes the witness stand. And depending on what happens when the defense begins presenting its case, I have a feeling we haven’t heard the last of this issue.

Kevin Reddington has filed DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ADDITION TO LIST OF WITNESSES. He wants to have Emily Thorndike, LICSW testify. Emily worked for McLean Hospital a year before the time Lindsay Clancy was admitted on New Year's Eve 2022 into 2023, and she has firsthand knowledge about the lack of staffing and resources during the holidays and weekends at McLean Hospital. She did a TikTok going over her concerns about the prosecution's lies and gaslighting the jury and I pray that she is allowed to testify. She also believes that Dr. Tufts and McLean Hospital failed Lindsay. She is especially upset with the prosecutor's questioning of Patrick Clancy. This trial is a major wake up call to women's health in the US and LC was failed by the drs who treated her. Dr. Tufts had only had her license for about a year at the time she saw Lindsay. Kevin Reddington has got to be the best lawyer I've ever had the privilege of watching defend a client in a trial. He took the opening statement given by Shanan "Bowhead" Buckingham, and read it to the last witness, Dr. Gregory Saathoff, and asked him if he agreed with it, and he said, "That statement is minimizing what Lindsay Clancy was experiencing." Doran about Oner picking Dr. Mundo on game 5 against AL 😂 🐿️: When we were about to start Game 5 (against AL), my computer shut down. The whole thing just powered off, and all my settings got reset, so I had no choice but to reconfigure everything. At that point I had to focus entirely on getting my setup back. 🐿️: But I could still hear all the comms. They were talking about whether to pick Mundo, when to use the ultimate… things like that. Was this a hit job to clear the path for a preferred candidate in California? “Back in December, when it was first rumored that Swalwell was going to run for governor, I started making some calls to various folks to be like, ‘Hey, what do we think of this guy? Is he going to be a good candidate?’ I spoke to several people who independently told me that there's knowledge about this guy sending pics to employees, and that this guy has a bunch of stuff that's going to come out about him. And I largely kind of dismissed it, because I was like, if this is true, this would've all come out already. If multiple people are telling me about this, then I've got to assume that it's a rumor that's being used to block him from running for governor. And then everything that I had been told started to come out in the last week. So the striking aspect of all of this for me was how much knowledge there was about these various incidents with the guy, how so many people had this knowledge, and how no one had actually brought the knowledge to bear. Which begs the question, why did they not do what was right by the victims? Or, why did the victims sit on the sidelines waiting for the right moment to all come out together? These were all being held back purposefully and deliberately for a very particular moment in time when they were all brought forward to be used. And that's what was so striking to me is just how coordinated all of this was. My sense of it is that there are certain insiders, and he's not an insider. Katie Porter, I think, is who the Democratic establishment wants to be governor. She's an insider to national Democrats, she's an insider to California Democrats, and I think that she's the preferred candidate.”

When Netflix went to streaming, we were on it, and it's like skyrocketed. I will always be grateful to Netflix for what they've done. Dr Wolfe said there’s a direct correlation between the time of day and pedestrian fatalities. Brennan reads this in court and says “that would have been nice to have”. Here’s Dr Wolfe saying exactly THAT during his direct testimony in the first trial. Then, when Dr Wolfe says a lot of his cases involve pedestrians, Brennan says “pretty important stuff in this case”. Yep. That’s why Dr Wolfe testified to that at trial. Then, Brennan suggests that the defense doesn’t want Dr Wolfe to testify to that, doing his dramatic little “shh, don’t tell them”. Funny, Alan Jackson is the one asking these questions and Dr Wolfe is obviously not hiding anything. Jackson said he talked to the ARCCA and experts about background- for example, his nighttime visibility work and his cases frequently involving pedestrians- and scheduling. Brennan just misrepresented ALL of this, plus told the judge that the defense didn’t turn this over, the feds did- which was not true and he had to correct himself after the judge ended things for the day. If you can’t see what he’s doing yet, you just don’t want to.
