The Lindsay Clancy trial has me in tears. Man, this shit is hard to watch because it's so different from other trials. Other trials you know the people who are being accused, if they are guilty, they were at least in their right minds when they committed the crime. This woman tried EVERYTHING IN HER POWER to get help, idgaf what anyone else says. I've already listed the ways she was failed so I'm not gonna do it again but it's so obvious to anyone with a brain that she was in Postpartum Psychosis. You can hear Lindsay saying, "I can't do this" when the Commonwealth asks the ME, Dr. Barbara Olson, about the injuries to Clara's neck. It was so sad to me. Kevin Reddington has filed DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ADDITION TO LIST OF WITNESSES. He wants to have Emily Thorndike, LICSW testify. Emily worked for McLean Hospital a year before the time Lindsay Clancy was admitted on New Year's Eve 2022 into 2023, and she has firsthand knowledge about the lack of staffing and resources during the holidays and weekends at McLean Hospital. I spoke too soon about Dr. Avram Mack. On direct, Dr. Mack was extremely helpful to the defense, but on cross it got spicy! The judge has had enough of this guy and so have I. Also, CW experts, Dr. Mack and Dr. Kirk Heilbrun, both went to see Lindsay Clancy TOGETHER. In all of the trials I've watched, I've never seen that happen-EVER. How can they give independent opinions if they did their evaluation at the same time? What is up with Judge Gildea's behavior and out of line comments? This judge is not only watching media coverage of Karen Read's interview, he's making comments that show some sort of strange bias. How is it proper to make comments about what Karen Read was doing with her bank account? He was mad about her team not giving Proctor a "courtesy" of telling him she was filing a lawsuit that he's not a party to, when she doesn't have to. He's been lied to by Proctor and O'Keefe's attorney's and wouldn't allow KR's team to clarify the record and hear that it was all bs. And he didn't bat an eyelash or ask any questions when ALL of the McAlbert's said they weren't available to sit for depos, until damn near the end of discovery, THE NIGHT BEFORE one of their depos. And he asked for explanation when KR's lawyers called it out that they are taking advantage of that behavior. There are just so many things this judge has done that are questionable. Colin Albert has enlisted in the Army. He was also due to give a deposition in the O'Keefe v Read civil case but was a no show, as well as refused to present discovery. Also worth mentioning, the HAM defendant's lawyer for Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Allie McCabe, Brian Albert, Julie Albert, and Brian Higgins sent an email to Karen Read's lawyers last night at 9:30pm stating that none of them will be available to sit for their depositions until after July 20, 2026. I wasn't going to respond to this whole TB/Jess argument but this was so disappointing to me and told me everything I need to know about how Jess feels about Aidan's case. Imo, she believes he is guilty for his charges. This was very telling to me and I hate seeing it. She seems to feel like his charges are warranted. If I'm seeing this wrong, or if I interpreted her expression wrong, let me know, but this was wild to me, and very disappointing, and seem to be the crux of why she DOESN'T discuss his case. Bradl, P.C. or Bederow Law start speaking he shuts it down. Music to my ears! Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. announced, at the press conference, post verdict, that they are pursuing charges against Justin Aylaian, and are in touch with the FBI Boston. They are not waiting around for Essex County to go after him, they've already said they have given him immunity. I am so relieved to hear this because Justin breaking into her home and stealing her money, her passport, her laptop, changing her beneficiary for her work, and breaking her door and surveillance system, is so wrong on so many levels and I hope he is punished to fullest extent of the law. I also wouldn't be surprised if he lost his job now that he's been caught doing drugs on camera, whilst being a firefighter for North Andover FD. Kelsey's fight is far from over and I will be supporting her every step of the way! I am also putting Kelsey's GiveSendGo QR Code down below so that anyone who can, and wants to, can donate to her. Such a great point made by Larry Forman. In order for the taillight pieces from Karen Read's Lexus to scatter into a 20-30ft radius, John O'Keefe would have to be hit with such a force making them literally explode into that type of radius. It wouldn't happen if John O'Keefe were hit by the Lexus going 24mph, in reverse, in the snow, with no broken bones, and without anyone seeing or hearing the supposed accident. It's just not possible. I agree with Larry, that type of scattering would be more consistent with being hit by a MAC Truck going way over 24mph.
