Colin Albert has enlisted in the Army. He was also due to give a deposition in the O'Keefe v Read civil case but was a no show, as well as refused to present discovery. Also worth mentioning, the HAM defendant's lawyer for Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Allie McCabe, Brian Albert, Julie Albert, and Brian Higgins sent an email to Karen Read's lawyers last night at 9:30pm stating that none of them will be available to sit for their depositions until after July 20, 2026. So you mean to tell me, the one "gotcha" Michael Proctor used on the stand to try and persuade the jury in Karen Read Trial 1, that he "was already scheduled to be on call" so he wasn't chosen to take the John O'Keefe case, was all a LIE?? Why did Bukake call Proctor to take the case if he WASN'T EVEN ON CALL THAT MORNING?? And how did he know that Lank was already on scene? It is so obvious to anyone with a brain that this was a setup. I would be willing to bet my life that Kevin Albert was informed about what happened and asked Bukake to call Proctor and make him lead investigator so that the cover up for his brother, Brian Albert, could be set in motion. Proctor is a FUCKING FOOL and a POS for doing what he did. Music to my ears! Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. announced, at the press conference, post verdict, that they are pursuing charges against Justin Aylaian, and are in touch with the FBI Boston. They are not waiting around for Essex County to go after him, they've already said they have given him immunity. I am so relieved to hear this because Justin breaking into her home and stealing her money, her passport, her laptop, changing her beneficiary for her work, and breaking her door and surveillance system, is so wrong on so many levels and I hope he is punished to fullest extent of the law. I also wouldn't be surprised if he lost his job now that he's been caught doing drugs on camera, whilst being a firefighter for North Andover FD. I just want to say that I am very proud of Melanie Little for allowing Kelsey privacy going forward. I was honestly shocked that cameras were allowed in Family Court. I've never seen them allowed and it felt gross tbh, as someone who has dealt with that whole scenario. Family Court should be private and Kelsey has asked for privacy and I believe we should respect that. Family Court process is a very long, arduous ordeal. It can get very personal and none of it should be streamed. I do stand by my thoughts on Kelsey's situation. I very much hope that she doesn't allow Justin to make her the villain every single hearing but I do hope they can work together going forward. Justin has a lot of work to do in my opinion and I do NOT agree with much of what he has done and I hope she is not manipulated by him. Her and Justin have a long way to go as co-parents and I wish them the best. I wish Kelsey Fitzsimmons all the love and support going forward. First of all, the one doing the interview is just too much for me. She puts out so much misinformation it's unreal. She is a so-called lawyer and she lies and has the craziest opinions about this entire case, and other cases. She literally told her audience that when a suspect turns themselves into the police it means that there is a full confession given. See now this is why the public is so pissed at the O'Keefe's. After being prepped by her family and the CW, Kaylee changed her testimony in trial 2 to include that "Karen TOLD HER that she may have like, hit him or something." Now Idk about you, but I know that if Karen had said that to Kaylee, that shit would have been a HUGE focus on BOTH trials, but especially trial 1, and Brennan and Lally would have rode that shit to death. Letting a teenager now LIE in court documents is fucking disgusting. On July 26, 2025 was the first time I ever heard of Nan coming for Melanie Little. I went to Twitter and asked Nan if she was talking about Melanie and she refused to answer me and gave a passive aggressive, snippy, elusive reply to me and then shortly after I started getting so heavily trolled by "someone" that I had to block them and report them for harassment. Keep in mind, all I did was ask Nan to clarify if she was talking about Melanie Little.
