What is up with Judge Gildea's behavior and out of line comments? This judge is not only watching media coverage of Karen Read's interview, he's making comments that show some sort of strange bias. How is it proper to make comments about what Karen Read was doing with her bank account? He was mad about her team not giving Proctor a "courtesy" of telling him she was filing a lawsuit that he's not a party to, when she doesn't have to. He's been lied to by Proctor and O'Keefe's attorney's and wouldn't allow KR's team to clarify the record and hear that it was all bs. And he didn't bat an eyelash or ask any questions when ALL of the McAlbert's said they weren't available to sit for depos, until damn near the end of discovery, THE NIGHT BEFORE one of their depos. And he asked for explanation when KR's lawyers called it out that they are taking advantage of that behavior. There are just so many things this judge has done that are questionable. Even Biased Beverly Cannone admitted that the RCFL found BOTH the 2:27am AND the 6:24am searches done by Jen McCabe. So can we please stop spreading lies and misinformation now? Is Special Prosecutor, Robert Cosgrove senile or is he just an outright liar? He absolutely said he wanted to sit down with Michael Morrissey to discuss the options, who is CONFLICTED in this case, he said "What are OUR various options? Are WE going to move for reconsideration? Are WE going to give the cell phone back? Are WE going to file a notice of appeal?" Just like Alan Jackson said he said and Cosgrove flat out denied it and doubled down quoting Biased Bev's "Grave Concerns" speech and calling HIS credibility into question, while lying directly to Judge Doolin. These are the most crooked, corrupt, dishonest fools I've ever seen in law. It is A JOKE at this point. Such a great point made by Larry Forman. In order for the taillight pieces from Karen Read's Lexus to scatter into a 20-30ft radius, John O'Keefe would have to be hit with such a force making them literally explode into that type of radius. It wouldn't happen if John O'Keefe were hit by the Lexus going 24mph, in reverse, in the snow, with no broken bones, and without anyone seeing or hearing the supposed accident. It's just not possible. I agree with Larry, that type of scattering would be more consistent with being hit by a MAC Truck going way over 24mph. This video CLEARLY shows 2 RED, fully functioning taillights. Idc what anyone says, if that taillight were "broken" the way that it was in the crime scene photos, it would NOT be lighting up like that, especially with the diffusers broken. Not to mention, Maureen Hartnett and Ashley Vallier, the CSI techs, didn't do the reconstruction of the taillight until 3/2/23, OVER A YEAR after John O'Keefe was killed. I will never forget Mike Michaels video PROVING that if that taillight were broken the way they say it was, with only 1 small piece still intact, the diffusers broken out, the metal piece broken off, THERE WOULD BE NO LIGHT STILL GOING TO THAT TAILLIGHT! The diffusers make the light. Those 2 taillights in the still images DO NOT MATCH. Idgaf what anyone says, her taillight was not hit, or broken, by John O'Keefe's arm. It's not possible for an arm to do that WITH NO BRUISES OR BROKEN BONES!!! To break THICK plastic and METAL?? You're crazy if you think that happened. I wasn't going to respond to this whole TB/Jess argument but this was so disappointing to me and told me everything I need to know about how Jess feels about Aidan's case. Imo, she believes he is guilty for his charges. This was very telling to me and I hate seeing it. She seems to feel like his charges are warranted. If I'm seeing this wrong, or if I interpreted her expression wrong, let me know, but this was wild to me, and very disappointing, and seem to be the crux of why she DOESN'T discuss his case. Colin Albert has enlisted in the Army. He was also due to give a deposition in the O'Keefe v Read civil case but was a no show, as well as refused to present discovery. Also worth mentioning, the HAM defendant's lawyer for Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Allie McCabe, Brian Albert, Julie Albert, and Brian Higgins sent an email to Karen Read's lawyers last night at 9:30pm stating that none of them will be available to sit for their depositions until after July 20, 2026. Music to my ears! Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. announced, at the press conference, post verdict, that they are pursuing charges against Justin Aylaian, and are in touch with the FBI Boston. They are not waiting around for Essex County to go after him, they've already said they have given him immunity. I am so relieved to hear this because Justin breaking into her home and stealing her money, her passport, her laptop, changing her beneficiary for her work, and breaking her door and surveillance system, is so wrong on so many levels and I hope he is punished to fullest extent of the law. I also wouldn't be surprised if he lost his job now that he's been caught doing drugs on camera, whilst being a firefighter for North Andover FD. So you mean to tell me, the one "gotcha" Michael Proctor used on the stand to try and persuade the jury in Karen Read Trial 1, that he "was already scheduled to be on call" so he wasn't chosen to take the John O'Keefe case, was all a LIE?? Why did Bukake call Proctor to take the case if he WASN'T EVEN ON CALL THAT MORNING?? And how did he know that Lank was already on scene? It is so obvious to anyone with a brain that this was a setup. I would be willing to bet my life that Kevin Albert was informed about what happened and asked Bukake to call Proctor and make him lead investigator so that the cover up for his brother, Brian Albert, could be set in motion. Proctor is a FUCKING FOOL and a POS for doing what he did.
