This looks beautiful but to be blunt the level design here looks just awful theres 0 platforming not a single jump is required from the player, you have rolling physics but its completely meaningless because there are dash panels and jump boards everywhere dont be like sonic team

the suggestion that immediately jumps out to me is changing the springs to work more like the genesis games. right now it seems like they send you in a straight trajectory, killing your speed, but in the genesis games they would keep your horizontal speed when launching

Oh yeah, this is much better and address my iusse with ver. 2 A suggestion I’ll say is to add some platforms/rocks to jump for in the water as an extra risky but more rewarding paths. (Like along side the wall running section)

The water is like Sa1 you dont just sink, there's an ocean floor
