I don't think this has anything to do with the Trump administration. I know that's normally the play for a lot of people when tough conversations come up, so I wouldn't put it past other people, Senator, to have that conversation and try to make it about that. But I would say to you, this is about making public records accessible to the general public. I find it to be very opportunistic to try to drag in the Trump administration to a conversation about public records reform and not have the same concern about other agencies and entities across this commonwealth. Whenever accountability in the legislature is brought up, it's just a constant deflection. A conversation about public records, a conversation about an audit of the books of the legislature has nothing to do with what's happening in the federal administration. And I think that what is, I think that it's done purposefully to conflate those things so as to distract from the law-breaking behavior."

It spent on my mind and I just felt like I had to get this off my chest and so I just felt like I had to turn this live on on and to really just tell you guys how we felt regarding the T-shirt with the confederate flag on it, I am aware of the pain that it brought to a lot of people, especially to my black fans, to the Black community and I should have, I am very responsible for it, but I really wanted to directly tell you guys that it really wasn't my intention with me knowing the meaning of the flag, the historical significance of it, it really shouldn't have happened. And it really does not reflect who I am as a person. But seeing so many fans being hurt by it, it really hurt me as well. I had no intention knowing the meaning of the flag, and I should have, there are no excuses to that. But I just wanted to promise you guys directly that something like that will never happen again with me and my whole team we have made, we have taken steps to make sure that something like that doesn't happen, but I just, and I know that a lot of people have been waiting for me to kind of address this directly and I've been sitting on this for a while and I really wanted to get this off my chest and so I thought today was at the right time for me to tell you guys. It really breaks my heart to think that maybe the trust has been broken, but I promise you that I'll make it up to you guys, just with my actions and with my music. If you still don’t understand that California Democrats have passed laws that allow for children to bought and sold then you are low informed voter at this point. California senator Susan Eggman who termed out leaves the legislature with this speech. I got my channel back today and I have hundreds of people to thank, but specifically wanted to thank Andrew Wilson and Dooby. Below is the only video linked to me with a time stamp and flagged as "hate speech." It didn't even receive a strike. TeamYouTube you insisted this wasn't mass reporting. How is it possible this is the only linked video and yet I was struck for "multiple severe hate speech violations." How is it possible that the only way I got this addressed is by friends in high places and getting Twitter buzz? How is it that my ban didn't even have a single linked video?
