Can you explain this part of his ult? "Using Living Legend or Leading Dash while this ability is active can Launch Up enemies" I tried this on practice and it doesnt launch anyone up.

Are you testing in practice mode? How did you do that? I feel like there’s things I’m missing with characters when I practice. Like Hawkeye for instance, I’ve never seen his ult do that.

I just found out Jeff's ult can get you no matter how high you are
