In the meeting, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, the Prime Minister welcomed the delegation and expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and support of the United States. He highlighted the KRG’s reforms in economic diversification, particularly in energy, agriculture, banking and digitalization of public services, noting the success of both MyAccount and Runaki projects. The Prime Minister also reiterated the Kurdistan Region's readiness to provide all assistance to domestic and foreign investors. On behalf of the delegation, Mr Lutes, thanked the KRG for the warm welcome and said many American companies are ready to develop trade relations with the Kurdistan Region. Finally, the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister answered questions and comments from the representatives of the companies, which included Google, IBM, Visa, Pepsi, and Coca Cola.
