i think an additional aspect that’s not included here is that if a bisexual person does apply for asylum as a gay/lesbian, then they have to live their lives in the new country as gay or lesbian or their asylum can be revoked

If people come to this country illegally, they should never be able to seek asylum. Instead, they must be removed - either to their home country, or to a safe third country. The Government clearly don't agree. As ever, they'd rather tweak a broken system than build a new one.

Any asylum seeker, refugee, or immigrant who commits a crime on British soil should be deported to their country of origin. Simple as. If you can’t respect the rules of our country, you forfeit the right to live in it.

Not everyone born in this country is British. Right now, the child of an asylum seeker with ILR, which they didn’t have to pay to apply for, or speak English, or pass the life in the UK test, is legally a British citizen. This must end!

If you can safely return to the country you fled for vacation or a casual family visit, you are not a genuine asylum seeker or refugee. Your claim of persecution is contradicted by your own actions. Your status should be revoked and you should be removed.

Governor DeSantis unequivocally rejected that idea: "People work their whole lives, and work hard, to be able to live in environments that are really nice. And they have a right to make decisions with their property as they see fit. Tom Homan thinks it’s ok to separate immigrant parents and children because that’s what happens if someone is arrested for a DUI (usually for a day until they are bailed out). Seeking asylum is not the same as drinking and driving. Under U.S. law, individuals have the right to seek asylum regardless of their manner of entry into the country. This means that even if someone enters the United States between official ports of entry, they are still eligible to apply for asylum. Things get even more complicated and inhumane if you consider the fact that there are thousands and thousands of immigrants who have had children born in the United States. I am all for protecting our border and stemming immigration, but we have to do it in a humane and ethical way.
