She was developing her defense from the get-go. “I wasn’t even there.” “OK I was there but I didn’t do it.” “OK I did it but the prosecution didn’t prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.” This is called the dwindling defense problem. And it always ends with a guilty verdict.

I did not see the first trial became captivated early in this trial. I could not understand why so many podcast pundits did not see the daily trial the way I did! They were so much Karen supporters. Almost like a Karen Derangement Syndrome (KDS). I believe she did it and Brennan proved it!

Nailed it! Mornin Mike!

Good morning! ☕️

Hearsay from two people who have been caught lying.

Agree.

Ah yes, that story is from Jen McCabe (lied to the FBI) and Kerry Roberts (lied to a grand jury). Such a believable story!

I did not catch on to this during both trials not sure many people did, but wow. Couldn’t say anymore she left him at the waterfall had to come up with another version.

Her words, her deception at the start is so telling, She knew what happened to John and was already thinking how to avoid blame. The phone data tied to the car & the science should be enough to convict but the obfuscation defence strategy may well work. OJ, Casey Anthony, KR?

Absolutely is. Great job Hank

![Wemby: “I think I should lead the [MVP] race.” Chris Broussard reacts: “I don’t like it…. I LOVE THIS!!!!… Wemby is here for the smoke! He wants it all!… Wemby is not here to make friends. He is here to dominate the league.”](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2036528381962101024/media/HEMzSzpWQAAKUjO.jpg)
