I think every VTuber should think like this... Actually, every content creator.

The internet has made people forget how large numbers are. 30, 20, or even 10 concurrent viewers is still a lot of people. Thats 10 to 30 living, breathing human beings taking time out of their day to watch your stream/content because they think you are entertaining.

Chibi remains one of the most rational and emotionally mature streamers. A positive joy. If you consider all of here statements and ability to bounce back, even if it sounds unusual, it is true.

Chibidoki with the best take. I've been streaming for round about 4 years. I have 127 followers, 1 subscriber, and average 5 viewers i think (I don't know because I turned off viewers plus I use OBS to look at my chat). I'm just in this for the love of the game.

YES!! THIS is the mindset that content creators should have. Stream because it's fun, not to get rich. I love my tiny community. Would I like for my channel and community to grow? Yes of course! But just a little bit at a time 👾🛸💜

Ya chibi is right and that's always the discussion I have when someone tries to explain me how I have to do youtube, Shorts, Longform stuff to "grow" when I talk about that I just wanna grow so far that I have constantly at least 3 active chatters. People instantly go on big numbers, try to compare to big streamers. No one understands that I am not caring about going big, doing big numbers, being rich or whatever. I just wanna boot up my OBS 3 times a week and have a nice time with people. Not caring about subs, follows, bits, whatever. Sure I am happy to get those but they're not my goal. I want to enjoy my hobby. People don't understand that :/

A very well informed and mature piece of advice. I feel a lot of us try to avoid stumbling into this mindset, yet we still do from time to time. It's good to remind ourselves at the end of the day, having fun and enjoying your time should be your key goal, not fame and money 💙

What always amazes me is, though Chibidoki is one pf the youngest vtubers and streamers compared to a lot fo the known ones in the scene, she has much more common sense and knowledge than many of them. She can bounce back with many mature statements and is very based when the ocassion calls, again even more than streamers older than her.

This is why she's one of my favorite streamers!! Speaking words of straight wisdom while wearing a banana costume 👏🥹

this is how i see streaming cool it would be neat it it popped off but i just see it as a funny hobby and if i play a game and someone comes in and chats with me i love that

What a lot of people don’t understand is so many people feel like you have to blow up so quickly and do whatever it takes to make it big, when that’s not even the definition of success or a good career as a streamer.

When the love and passion is replaced by numbers it looses what made you interesting in the first place

I've changed my mindset awhile ago and just stream on weekends after arting all week. It's nice to do something else and chat with folks. :) And that's what I do. I've gotten at least 5 people who lurk now so that makes me happy. :)
