I think I let a lot of things make me really sad but i I’ve noticed this thing where i sometimes protect people and i don’t know why i would like to think I have a lot of love for certain people in my life but to a certain extent that I want to be validated by them and then their actions of making me sad or feel sad is forgiving and I turn that around and I understand them and then i would probably blame myself.
